“This place is family owned, multigenerational, and community driven.
I rented skis from the guy, and then boom, I see him on the mountain the next day. Remembers my name, makes sure I’m doing well. Isn’t that great.
While the name is factually correct but objectively not good/funny, I will come back here any time in the future for skis.”
“The staff at Rip N Willies was so accommodating and warm. I had not skiid in over 10 years and they waxed my skiis plus sharpened them to assure, I would have a good day on the slopes:)!
The snowboard rental staff were also accommodating with my son and set him up on the perfect snowboard to enjoy his day!

“I had bought a pair of Strive bindings here and had them mounted in the summer. I didn’t ski these skis (they are my powder skis) until this past week when I realized they mounted Gripwalk bindings when my boots are Multi-Norm.
Anyway, I called and they didn’t fight me at all on it and took responsibility and swapped them out for free!

“Amazing place to rent skiing and snowboarding equipment. The people are really nice and accommodating, prices are really reasonable and the equipment that we got was great! The early return policy was also great for us because our youngest got sick and did not ski all the days we initially intended! “Shout out to Dave and the bike repair techs here. We're here on vacation and my Specialized brand Ebike came dislodged from the car rack and dragged behind the vehicle, mangling the handlebar, brake lever and shifter. Dave located all the necessary parts with options. The shop is busy and they thought a 2-day time for repairs was a best-case scenario. They exceeded my expectations and finished this substantial job in just one day. They even referred me to a competitor store to try to locate an old part. Fair pricing too! We're glad we found this Specialized bike dealer and it's terrific staff. Thanks for salvaging our vacation!”

“My experience with Ski rentals with this Powder House location was surprisingly pleasant and painless. I was worried that my experience would reflect some of the other reviews I see here, but this was not the case. I rented the Performance ski package which included the Skis, boots, and poles for 4 days and was charged appropriately according to the pricing on the website at the time of writing this. I also rented a helmet for the last 2 days; the final cost of which matched the pricing on the website at the time of writing this. The staff was very friendly and patient as I was skiing for the first time and had to get my boots resized after the first day at no additional cost. The staff expertly provided the next size up, readjusted my bindings, and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes so that I could enjoy the rest of my night and enjoy skiing the next day.”

“Found this place while staying at Lakeland Village; we rented gear for our kids and Arturo was great working with them. Prices were better than the resorts and the gear was in better shape. Came back a couple days later and bought some new snowboard bindings for myself and some helmets for the kids, and again Arturo was great getting us all fit up in our new gear. Highly recommended!”
