Condescending and rude pharmacist or tech. I will take business elsewhere quite happily. He insinuated I was not local, and sneered at me when I provided a local address. Unbelievably bad service. Why is this allowed??? I have submitted a complaint to the Pharmacy Board of California.
I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding a troubling incident that occurred today at your pharmacy. I presented a valid prescription written by a licensed healthcare provider via telehealth, and was told it could not be filled because the prescriber does not maintain a physical office within the local area.
This reasoning is not only medically unjustified--it is dangerously outdated. Telehealth is an essential and legitimate part of modern healthcare, regulated and widely used by providers and patients across the country. Refusing to fill a lawful prescription solely because the provider is not physically located nearby places an unfair and unnecessary burden on patients like me.
As a result of this refusal, I am now without access to the medication I need. I am scrambling to find a pharmacist willing to do their job--to fill a legal, medically necessary prescription. This delay puts my health at risk and has caused significant stress and disruption to my treatment plan.
I am requesting a written explanation of your pharmacy's policy regarding telehealth prescriptions and on what legal or regulatory basis this denial was made. If this is a store-level decision, I urge you to reconsider how such policies affect patients who rely on remote care, particularly in a time when telemedicine is more necessary than ever.
Patients deserve access to care, and pharmacies have a responsibility to meet that need--especially when all legal and medical requirements are satisfied. I sincerely hope your pharmacy will reconsider this harmful practice.

This is definitely the best pharmacy in Tahoe. They are dependable, quick and friendly. Robin is especially helpful. I went through a rare disorder last year and felt helpless. Robin helped get me what I needed, followed up with me and asked how I was doing at a time where doctors did not know what to do and were irresponsive as a result.

My husband was in an accident and had to have emergency surgery, the company system for our prescription coverage provider was down and I needed his aftercare meds ASAP. The pharmacy helped me and worked it all out for us!I'm so grateful.

Horrible pharmacy! They alter CS prescriptions according to their own guidelines. Had to visit multiple times to get a one-time refill on a CS! Customer service could use some improvement too!

This Raley's Pharmacy has a very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. They are down-to-earth, understanding, and (at least I can tell) they are quite caring. I know that many people have very strong opinions and feelings about pharmacies and their staff, but once you get to know the people at this locale, you will be pleasantly surprised by the "small-town feel" way in which they do business. Raley's Pharmacy at its Corporate level is an ENTIRELY different story and breed, but I'm currently just reviewing this particular location, staff, and its very positive attributes therein.

I bought some food here to take to my hotel room. The selection was vast as this is a big supermarket. They do have prepared foods, but I bought yogurt and fruit.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and it's the best! They are always kind and make sure to get your medicine on time. All the staff are extreme knowledgeable and friendly.

Raley's pharmacy is outstanding! They have great service, very helpful, you can order your prescriptions over the phone, also they check with your doctor if you need refill updates. Very efficient and friendly.
