I spoke with the manger over the phone, and that man is disrespectful. He does not want to help customers . The way he spoke is like he will inherit the business. Close your damn business if you don't want to help your customers!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

THIS STORE IS VERY RACIST. THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE IN THERE STORE. AND THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO SELL LOTTERY TICKETS WHEN THERE SUPPOSED TO. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE STORE BECAUSE I WAS BUYING LOTTERY TICKETS. AND I WAS THE ONLY BLACK PERSON COMING IN THERE ALL DAY.! AND NOBODY WAS IN THE STORE HALF THE TIME. JUST ME COMING IN AND OUT BUYING TICKETS. CA LOTTERY SAID YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT.! HORRIBLE STORE!!! OVERPRICED LIQUOR. AND THERE STILL SELLING MENTHOL TOBACCO.!!! AND THATS ILLEGAL.!!!!!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the whiskey selection available, but it was unfortunate to see the "good stuff" was priced as high as the secondary market. For instance, they had a bottle of Blanton's for $150.

Because of the excellent yelp reviews, we were strolling down, Tahoe Boulevard, and specifically came into the Tahoe bottle shop. Their selection was outstanding, and their prices were certainly reasonable. The man behind the counter was exceptionally friendly, and we enjoyed our experience.

Literally the best bourbon collection I've ever seen, yeah its pricy but before long you won't even be allowed on the mountain unless you make a million+ so you might as well start by drinking away your sorrow.

Great little liquor store. Great selection of beer and hard liquor from Hennessey to Four Roses. Plus they have a nice selection of souvenirs. Prices aren't too bad. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The day after using my credit card at Tahoe Bottle Shop, there was over $2,000 of fraudulent use. Hope the owner is checking employee access to credit card numbers.

I have been buying my lotto tickets there for sometime. But today I brought in an example of the tickets I wanted and the rude man in the grey hat went to use my old ticket to make 5 tickets identical. Why would anyone want 5 tickets on the same draw? I said no don't use that ticket. Its just example of what Im asking for. He snears a look at me tells me, Im a real buddle of joy. I said you have no right to address me that way. I don't appreciate your sarcasm. Im a very nice person and Im dealing with a lot and the last thing I need is for some stanger insulting me. He tells me to leave. This steamed from the other day, him again not listening to my request and him making a lotto transaction I did not want. He got so mad about it. The man has anger issues and felt compelled to verbally abusing a woman. Avoid this dude at all cost. If your lady needs something from this store, please accompany her.
