Very low budget hotel but it's in a great area!
The AC and heater do not work well. You will be camping indoors. The location is excellent and the staff is very nice friendly

First-time customer. The service was nice. Super friendly, very informative. The room was clean and very nice. Loved that the bathroom was sanitized. Great location close to everything and walking distance to the casinos and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Do not stay. Absolutely no service. No hot water, broken coffee machines. Room phones don't work. No one in office answers even at 7:30am looking for hot water. 2 towels in a room booked with occupancy 4. No one to call or ask for extra towels.
For effing 225 dollars, i expect much better room.
Watch for low roof for those with roof racks. My thule got scratched badly at top.

This is what I would get if I Airbnb a motel room. No management on site. Front desk only staffed during select hours. Our room wasn’t ready for TWO HOURS after our check in time even though the property confirmed our check in time inputted into the third party website. The front desk refused to help us with getting a discount or refund since we booked through a third party BUT THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. Even when you try to book through the “hotel’s” own website, it takes you to a third party when you click book. I do not recommend

This hotel was truly exceptional, offering a fantastic stay with its immaculate rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and a prime location that put us right in the heart of the action. The beds were incredibly comfortable, overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the manager Miss Roshni Sarang, she is really kind and professional making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

Ideal location, easy service. We got an updated room at a really good price. Parking spot at our door, everything walkable. This place has much improved from prior reviews. I stayed with my kids and would again as couple or family. Thank you for the help Roshni!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and I absolutely loved it room was super clean, smelled good and bed was super comfy. I love that there was a fireplace in the room. It's Walking distance to all the shops. They are renovating the place. We will definitely be staying here next time we go to Tahoe.

Thought is was going to be a bad place to stay based on the previous reviews, however i needed something last minute. It was inexpensive for my weekend getaway. Nice little fire place and renovated. During my stay they had work being done to all the rooms new flooring and furniture. Also close to everything even cute lil coffee shop i went to!

I booked through 3rd party agency. When I reached for check in, I was told there is no A/C and they agreed to refund but I had to reach out to 3rd party agency for the refund.
Hotel property was not co-operative with 3rd party agency in helping me receive the refund. Finally, I had to dispute the transaction from my bank to get a resolution!
Do not trust what the front desk guy says!

What an incredibly poor experience. Don’t waste your time or money on this dump. Filthy, poor maintained properties, worn out amenities, no AC…
The two Indian owners were some of the nastiest, most rude people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Totally unprofessional with no customer service skills.

They stole my season pass from the jacket that I forgot and used the pass, when called to ask for my pass the front desk guy yelled and hung the phone
