Most recently, we had a flat tire over a very busy, 3-day holiday weekend. We tried changing the tire ourselves on our newer vehicle, only to realize that our spare and tire had dealer installed wheel locks and the dealer never gave us the key so we were 'stuck'.

Despite the fact that it was a national holiday, they picked up their office phone AND replied via messenger quickly and said they could assist. In less than 30 minutes, I was in and out with the problem solved and we were back on the road. EXCELLENT service.

Last but not least, the owners are just good people that really care about the community. Remember the Caldor fire? While most of us in SLT were under forced evacuation orders, South Lake Tahoe Towing company stood their ground and provided incredible service throughout Tahoe while everyone was forced out. Additionally, they did "Facebook live" updates about the fire and conducted neighborhood drive-thrus so homeowners could "see" the status of the fire and if their home and neighborhood was impacted.
