No idea why the rating for this bank is so low. I would give them 5 stars all day long and no matter who attends me. I must say Jessica stands out as very down to earth, friendly, professional and willing to help with anything. They have help me get a loan, open credit and all the forms needed with the success in opening my small business. Thank you US Bank

I read the Yelp reviews and was very apprehensive about going here. To my surprise, Josh, the branch manager was awesome!. I didn't have an appointment, but he had a little bit of time before his next client and opened my account anyway. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Look forward to doing business with US Bank.

Gina Schuller the new branch manager, is incompetent she cannot run a staff somehow the staff is never at work and she has to be on the teller line.Gina has hired other incompetent people like Jonathan who leave you on hold for 20 minutes while they're trying to figure out the problem that occurs in their back room it area where there is also an incompetent person because you can never access your account on the Internet only at the branch in South Lake Tahoe other branches manage. She has an assistant named Lamar he is barely competent and he fills in for all the others while they're on vacation constantly. Gina schuler should not be even collecting a paycheck she is such a failure. That Branch will drag US Bank down even further.

Jonathan is THE WORST, POSSIBLY RACIST customer service banker at this location. My husband and I have been banking at US Bank for years. I have had 2 interactions with this guy where he refuses to follow my simple account requests or hear me on my banking needs, instead he challenges them so do it his way. Twice he has made comments that suggested racism and that he does not think I should NOT be banking at US Bank! This is a diverse bank and I would never expect this..well maybe from a white person who thinks he's above everything, by the way Jonathan I would never look down on you because of your 300pound weight the way you've looked down on me for being a different color !! Hope you're ashamed of yourself

I've have been banking with US bank for 9 years! Lamarcus Tinker is a assistant manager at this branch, he is unprofessional and lazy. He needs to take a customer service course. Lexi is a teller at this branch. she needs to be drug tested and written up for being unprofessional and needs to follow dress code. Small town and these humans need to be woke. Good luck Gina... I'm sure you are fully aware of what you have working with you. Corporate will be taking care of this as well as FTP Thank you Michael for your quick response as I already filed a complaint with US Bank.

This review is long over due! Let me start off by saying BROOKE LANE is a horrible business woman! If I could give it No STARS I definately would. So lets see after my personal account was compromised, I was informed by the online banking to go into the branch & close my current account & open a new one. I arrive & I'm greeted by Jenny Domingo who is wonderful & kind & probably only reason my review deserves a 1 star, she ask what I needed & I explain she has me have a seat in the chairs, Mrs. Brooke is currently helping someone else! No problem so after 1/2 an hour of waiting & her finishing up with her 1st client a man walks in & jumps ahead of me, I told him I wad waiting, he ignores me & Mrs. Brooke see him 1st she knew I had been waiting Jenny told her! So I basically ignore it, then another lady comes in & just as Im standing up to go see Mrs. Brooks & sits down at her desk & she helps her! WTH does Mrs. Brooks have zero tact about kindly telling these other customer she has someone waiting! So finally I hop up & wait on the mat because Im not letting someone else step on my toes its been 1/2 an hour! I approach her desk & explain why I'm there she informs me of how sorry she is but she's already logged off her computer for the day & she has an important meeting to be at like 10 minutes ago & can I please come back & see the someone else & sorry for the inconvenience, I was absolutely fuming how UNPROFESSIONAL, you have some nerve lady! CUSTOMER SERVICE your behavior is intolerable & very condescending! I've never been treated this awful ever! I know longer do my banking at this branch stay clear, go to Kingsbury there great there! I tried to full out a complaint but I'm sure it was swept under the carpet because No one ever called me! BROOKE LANE you need some customer service skills your a horrible bank manager, Ive taken my business elsewhere!

Jenny was amazing. Jumped right into opening my account I was in and out in about 20 minutes. She explained the online options as well as got my checks, temporary ATM card and sent me on my way. So far when I go in there the lines are short. To top they have a cool fish tank

The people who work at this branch are the best, the management here has gone above and beyond to help on many levels of service throughout the 15+ years that our accounts have been with US Bank. Not all of the branches that we have been to have felt as welcoming and helpful as our "home" branch. We appreciate your level of friendly, helpful service and hope to continue our banking relationship for many years to come.

This has got to be one of the worst banks ever. My fiance accidentally deposited a check for the wrong amount so she called the next day to make sure it would get fixed. The lady on the phone reassured her that they would fix it the next day at the latest. She said it was ok to spend the money that was deposited correctly and the rest would get deposited later. My fiance went grocery shopping and the next day her account was on hold, when she called the bank they told her they had to take out all the money deposited (which is opposite of what they said the day before) and caused her account to become overdrawn over $150. Everyday she calls and they say the problem will be fixed the following day, it's been 5 days now.
