Was waiting and saw girl at the front raising her voice at a customer that was simply just asking a question about her tracking number. Then, when I walked up, she started to get frustrated with me because my order didn’t fully fit in the bag I picked out. Then she said lets hope you dont have to come back. Overall one of the worst experience I’ve had, and the worst person with customer service. Hoping shes the last person i have to have help me

Ordered multiple packages, all of them arrived except for one that was sent back due to the fact "it couldn't be delivered as addressed". I'm just wondering how all the other packages could be delivered to the same address except for a single one.

I prefer this location to Al Tahoe but so far in the past 18 months of living in my apartment, the usps has now lost SEVEN of my packages, including one that was priceless/sentimental. The two times I’ve contacted them to try to figure how you manage to lose SEVEN packages in a year and half, I just get the classic tahoe “well gee golly i wonder how that could happen”. Lack of basic reading skills... that’s how this happens.

Jeff and the rest of the staff at this office are fantastic. They are always friendly and give great service. Jeff remembers your face and PO Box when you go up to the counter and that gives such a warm personal touch! this Post Office!

The staff at the South Lake Tahoe - Tahoe Valley US Post Office make stopping by, even when there's no mail, a joy. Their customer service, especially Jeff and Diane, is exceptional. Every time I swing by I'm reminded of how lucky we are to have folks like Diane and Jeff supporting our USPS experience. Thank you
