Cant really say too many great things about this bank. If you have to use in person services, expect about a 20 minute wait. Usually they have only one teller working, when even with proper spacing they could have 3 tellers working at one time. At the very least, they could convert one ATM to a high withdrawl limit ATM.

Most people focus on the banking aspects of Wells Fargo which can range from good to bad but there are other services offered which can make the difference. Not from the area but we needed notary services to sign critical documents. We had contacted this location prior to make sure that documents could be signed as it involved 5 separate parties. Throughout this process the banker was able to help us make sure that the signing went through without a hitch. This included a delay in us arriving 30 minutes late at the end of the day. Despite this the bankers involved were able to help us get the documents completed. Even with the covid restrictions in place we were able to get all the difficulties resolved an our documents notarized. It's not something you think of when banking but it's nice that it's a service offered to customers and something that they do not have an issue completing. Definitely a thumbs up to the staff at this location!

The outside drop box is locked. All I need to do is drop off one check to be deposited to someone's account. The line to get inside is over 10 people long so it's a waste of time to wait in it. Please let people use the outside drop box!!!! US Bank has theirs unlocked and it's great.

I got stuck in South Lake Tahoe with no money, no cards, no ID after losing my wallet. So thankful they were able to help me out to get some cash for the trip back to the Bay....Rosie also gave me some bottled waters after I told her of my dire situation So Nice! Thanks Rosie and Wells!

I walk in an immediately get a "hello, welcome in!" Which is always nice. I worked with Lydia? (I hope that's right, we had a conversation about my nails) and immediately felt at home and comfortable. She was super sweet, made my day, and better yet, made my banking with Wells Fargo that much more enjoyable.

I have used this branch previously without problems, but today a teller decided I was a criminal lying to her, so I was detained for over twenty minutes this afternoon. Even after six forms of ID were presented. I felt demeaned, demoralized, tortured and discriminated against. I documented everything because I felt the police would arrive at anytime. The teller treated me as if I was Automatically Guilty! My rights again were removed and non existent. It just so happens I'm in the process of writing my thesis on torture, and discrimination of single females over 50. Congratulations, your actions towards me are now documented and part of my thesis. Thank you for showing your disrespectful true colors to hard working law abiding citizens.

I am incredibly pleased with the wonderful customer service provided at this branch! All the bankers are super informative; especially Brent for business banking and Randy for personal. The branch manager is wonderful and super compassionate and resourceful and will always do his best to ensure a problem is solved. Love this branch!

Wells Fargo! Have I banked with them yes, so you've got to wonder why the one star. I understand that like most businesses in town, want your business. But this branch has been pushing customers to open a bank account to it being harassment. I found myself, not wanting to go there for Work deposits either. Last time I walked in there was about 6-8 Months to deposit amount of money for work. The teller has asked how my morning was, and then continued with starting the deposits. While making small talk, they started talking about personal information like "who you bank with" etc I answered but as time progressed and them finishing up with My work deposit the lady has asked me numerous times "Would you like to Open a personal account with us today" Now when does No mean "No" I have refused to return to this location. On a positive note about Wells Fargo, besides a few of the Staff is remarkable people. I just think, that the company needs to rethink some of the material they require from their team.

Located in the corner of the Y Raley's building, this Wells Fargo looks nice, but I recently had to endure an hour and five minutes of waiting, only to never be assisted due to an employee having called out sick. Four out of five Fargo employees at the main desk were doing nothing, so I believe my frustration is not misplaced.

The branch is located inside of Raley's grocery store up at the Y. Never crowded and the staff are courteous. Not bad for a grocery store bank operation.

Inside Raley's, which kinda blows when you just need to get a quick forty bucks to pay the sitter. The ATMs are easily accessible. The tellers are pleasant and efficient. Too bad this location doesn't have a drive-up ATM, as parking in the Raley's et all parking lot is usually a nightmare at best.

Apologies for my earlier review of this branch. The original problems that Wells Fargo records showed were transacted through this branch actually turned out to be a Wells Fargo internal error. The error originated with the branch in Serramonte Center in Daly City Ca. But really the error originated with the internal system at the branch that allowed a transaction to be falsely attributed to the South Lake Tahoe Branch. To the customer they was no way to tell the difference..

By and far the most helpful bank personnel ever. The asst. manager came over and helped me fill out my paperwork; walked me to the teller; and had a smile all the while. I didn't need the service. However, I think this is their customary manner in treating their customers. Teller was equally as helpful and cordial.

Inside of Albertsons. Kinda sneaky if you ask me but they are really nice and it isn't in nevada. Who knows what happens when you go to the one in nevada.
