Do not put any money here, these people WILL GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY TO ANYONE AND WONT TELL YOU. it's now happened twice with me. Both times I was able to hire a lawyer and get my money back, but both times wells Fargo battled me to not give me any of MY Money back. I have now been battling them for 2 months in this latest nonsense claim and they are still going to keep 125 in legal fees for fighting to not give me back my money. The people who work in this branch are very politeuntil u have a problem... then Armando, Sierra, and the whole upper level group, don't want to help at all.

These guys are awesome. They’ve spent hours with me trying to cash in some savings bonds over the last week. Can’t thank them enough.

I can’t even give it a one star! This particular Branch in South Lake Tahoe say it is open on Saturdays but when we got there ….Not open on Saturday as website status states otherwise! Website Update needed!!!!!… sad that in such a small town that you can’t go to another Branch or go anywhere else cause there is none. I had an emergency situation and no one could help! So sad!

This is definitely the worst wells fargo bank I have ever been to. The two atms on premise are always out or cash or unavailable to make a deposit. Why have atms on site if they are not being regularly maintained. It's soooo frustrating. This never happens at BofA across the street. I think it'm time to close my WFB chking account.

HUGE lines. Broken equipment so they send you to another branch. Terrible - but expected for Wells Fargo - they are a terrible bank!!! Go elsewhere.

Tried to open acct but encountered a very unprofessional attitude from WF employee. Unfriendly, unhelpful and was treated like the bank was doing me a favor by allowing me keep my $ there. She did not even bother to find out whether I would be keeping $8k or $800k in said acct. However she made sure to list a myriad of bank regulations. Will be taking my $ elsewhere

I've been here twice now. Both times 5 or more people in line. And only 2 tellers, and then this Mexican dude with shitty blonde hair leaves to go on his break BOTH times. Leaving one teller for all the people. HORRIBLE SERVICE

The older lady and her pals just sit in back gossiping and not help tellers when there's always line out the door

Cant really say too many great things about this bank. If you have to use in person services, expect about a 20 minute wait. Usually they have only one teller working, when even with proper spacing they could have 3 tellers working at one time. At the very least, they could convert one ATM to a high withdrawl limit ATM.

Most people focus on the banking aspects of Wells Fargo which can range from good to bad but there are other services offered which can make the difference. Not from the area but we needed notary services to sign critical documents. We had contacted this location prior to make sure that documents could be signed as it involved 5 separate parties. Throughout this process the banker was able to help us make sure that the signing went through without a hitch. This included a delay in us arriving 30 minutes late at the end of the day. Despite this the bankers involved were able to help us get the documents completed. Even with the covid restrictions in place we were able to get all the difficulties resolved an our documents notarized. It's not something you think of when banking but it's nice that it's a service offered to customers and something that they do not have an issue completing. Definitely a thumbs up to the staff at this location!
