I called the store before arriving to verify if my order was ready, the gentleman that answered, Royce, he was very kind and funny. He told me he would get the order ready! When I arrived my phone was ready to go. He helped me set up my phone. Overall, great customer service- thanks, Royce

If you need help or if you have any question with your phone, we highly recommend you to come to AT&T South Pasadena and look for Royce. He is nice and very helpful. He knows what he's doing. Hope AT&T should hire more people like. Cool dude.
