This branch is the most pleasant and professional that I know. Always willing to help : Mario the teller took care of my little issue on the spot assisted by Johnny as the problem was cumbersome. Ashanti always goes out of her way to get things solved. I hope BA management see this review and reward their employees accordingly.

The service here is not good. Made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon but still had to wait awhile. They're having constant problems with thieves skimming on the atm machine. They need to provide better service.

I was preapproved by the BofA for a certain amount so that I could shop around for a house. After I found the home I wanted and entered into escrow, it started to get ugly. They began making demands of me for more and more documentation, which required me to contact various other people, and wanted the documentation in so they could submit it to underwriting at a specific time in the morning, after having emailed me about it late in the afternoon the day before and I had explained I wasn't home then to deal with it. When I had questions that morning they became impatient and even more demanding, telling me that it had to go to underwriting NOW. That same day I was informed by the loan officer that an item that was of concern to them had not shown up on my credit report and so that was a new problem. Over the next day they continued to demand ridiculous documentation which to me as a long time customer with all my accounts there was insulting. I got a referral to another lender, began the application process on a Friday evening and was fully approved by the following Monday. Granted I had already obtained much of the documentation they needed because I had it on hand for my previous application with the BofA, but there was none of the same stress at all. In addition, anyone I asked told me not to use BofA because they were horrible for this kind of thing. Lesson learned!

I just walked in without an appointment (due to my poor planning) and I was so well taken care of! This was not an every day visit for me, I had to get some important documents notarized, so I can't believe I was able to get everything done in less than an hour with no appointment. Giselle is a miracle worker, and the rest of her team was so helpful and friendly! I definitely recommend this branch.

Not surprised that this bank has such poor ratings. The customer service is severely lacking. I understand that you close at a certain time but when I walk in 1 minute before closing and there are still tellers working and people in line I would appreciate being allowed to do the one transaction I am coming in for. I do not appreciate being kicked out when I am already inside the bank. I was told to leave and come back when they opened again tomorrow. Seriously?! I get we all like to go home on time, but we all also, stay a little late from time to time at work. It happens. The fact is, I'm already inside, you don't even want to pretend to care or ask what I'm there for? Perhaps pretend like you're sorry that you can't or won't help me? Obviously not. Whoever is in charge of running this branch DO BETTER. And to all your employees just standing around by the door DO BETTER!

We had an appointment at noon and we arrived a little early. I was told the person it was scheduled to be with wasn't in, as though I dealt with their scheduling and staffing. I had to approach the check-in person a couple times to get an update. Mind you, I'm using my lunch break to take care of this and we're half way into our appointment time now. She tells me that the other dude there will help me, but he cruises by with his iPad in hand. So again I had to approach approach someone to get any service. I made it very clear that our appointment is from noon-12:30 and at this point it's 12:26 (the dude made sure to check the time for me ). He tells me to go over to a computer and is able to complete what we needed within 5 mins. It was very frustrating. I'm not saying I need to be waited on hand and foot, but I'd expect a customer facing financial institution to have some respect for a scheduled appointment and a little bit of customer service skills. I don't like how they tested my patience.If you're going to visit this branch, set aside an extra 30-45 mins for whatever you plan to do unless you're going to utilize an ATM or you are willing to raise your voice.

I came to check my safe deposit box today and the bank seems to not know which box is mine. The key I have does not match the box the system says I have, everyone is panicking and there is a strange man wandering around the vault for "maintenance". In addition to all of this many of the boxes appear to be broken and in disrepair. Please for the love of all things beautiful, do not open a safe deposit box at this institution.

I do not know how this place has 5 stars of qualification. Most of the time is closed, and Saturday is closed permanently eventhougth that in googke said is open. But it looks like bank of America has the same problem everywhere. Fortunatelly Wells Fargo has one his banks across the strret where they open MF from 9:00am to 5:00 pm and Saturday is open 3 hours. Iam thinking seriously of changing to that bank.

DON'T USE THEIR ATMS!! They get hit with skimmers all the time and this branch will do absolutely nothing to help you get your money back. I had a large amount of my unemployment stolen in a skimmer scam, this branch and Bank of America as a whole have done nothing to help me get it back. Truly the worst process of my life and still on going. This bank does not care about you, go elsewhere.

I'm not sure why the rating is so low for this location. I had the most pleasant and informative bank experience ever because of Relationship Manager, Giselle G.! I previously had a nightmare of an experience at another bank (not B of A). However, the manager that worked with me provided so much thorough information about processes, protections, and banking recommendations. I didn't feel like she was trying to force me into opening an account but rather educated me about what it looks like to bank here. I walked away feeling very well informed and taken care of. Customer service is very important to me and this is the best place for a positive experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a representative in a friendly and helpful manner. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I'm tired of their hours always being wrong. They updated their hours last than a week ago and it's wrong on both google and Yelp. Very frustrating

I feel like I have about a 25-50% chance of actually finding an open BofA branch whenever I go to one in this area. It's frustrating that instead of updating to hours that are sustainable for them and communicating those open hours to customers, they just close entire locations for days or weeks at a time, with no indication online that that is the case. You physically drive to the location during "open" hours to find a note on the door. I've been planning to switch to a credit union for a long time, but after over a year of this treatment of customers, I think it's about time to finally make the switch.
