The Chase is located in a convenient location, across the street from Pavilions. Plenty of parking. The service was good. Just one ATM though.

I signed up for Private Client Services-- waste of money. Chase branches are understaffed and there is a lot of officer turnover. However, Tellers are invariably nice and professional. That and the Chase app (which is very easy to use) are the only reasons I would recommend this bank. And if you travel abroad, lots of branches in foreign countries.

I've been coming to this branch for a number of years. The tellers have always been friendly and helpful. However, one stands out above the rest - Dominik. When it comes to outstanding customer service Dominik outshines them all. I'm there once or twice a month and, somehow, he remembers my name. I know he assists many customers, and I'm sure he knows all their names as well. Dominik is always a delight. He's friendly, engaging, courteous, and polite. It's such a joy to be helped by him. Dominik will be finished with college soon and I know that whatever he ends up doing in life he will be successful because he has an amazing personality and winning attitude.

I was in need of a last minute, same day notary appointment for a very important transaction of mine. I called all CHASEs and none of them would pick up, but when I called this CHASE bank, they picked up every single time and I was sooo lucky that JORESS picked up my first phone call because he was one of the two notaries there that day (and usually it is hard to grab ahold of notary appointments at other CHASEs and nearly impossible for same day appointments), and not only was Joress extremely knowledgeable, professional, legitimate, and took care of every single concern and need, he was kind enough to squeeze us in for a same day notary appointment and if it wasnt for him it would have been game over for that important transaction. JORESS, I am incredibly beyond thankful for the absolute stellar experience and service that you provided for me, and answering all my questions and concerns with very helpful info and details, and for saving the day by picking up calls and squeezing me in on the same day for something that was very important to me, and offering stellar service and knowledge in response to all of my questions which was beyond helpful. We know you see so many clients a day, so in case it helps you remember us, we were the clients that had a conversation with you about your lovely watch lol. You have no idea how much this has changed the experience for me, thank you, thank you, thank you ! P.S. also, Dominik (i believe thats how you spell his name) helped us do my cashiers check that day, and he was also a very nice guy as well. Thank you CHASE team!

My wife and I have come to Chase Bank for couple of years it also our banks we like the service and also their costumer service. We have to different Chase banks in different areas.

Oh the employees are such sweethearts. I have chase bank as my bank. Wait this is rly funny Bc I'm currently sitting in the parking lot about to go into chase to use the ATM (not this same chase tho). I always get excellent customer service in person although why the heck isn't the chase customer support phone number 24/7?? They close super early. Like whaaaat?! Anyways thank you to the in person employees who always brighten my day.

Hello and I want to say The Chase Bank on Fair Oaks in South Pasadena is In a word Outstanding and treated me like the Best customer they ever had.There is a Personal Banker named Cindee Arevalo who without a doubt is the sweetest and most professional person at a bank that I've ever encountered Attitude,Friendly and just the best.That Lady deserves 5 stars by herself.Thank You Cindee.. I went in on Dec 23rd to change my name on my debit card. I can't recall the name of the man that helped me. He was friendly and provided the service quickly. He completed the process to have a card with my new name on it sent out. I was told it would arrive within 3-5 business days with a potential delay due to holidays. I understood the delays and was okay with it because he informed me that I could continue using the card I currently have until I receive the new one. I asked two more times throughout the rest of the appointment to confirm I would not be left without a card. He assured me I would be able to keep using the current card. It is now January 4th ... I haven't received the new card yet AND I also haven't been able to use my current card since the 23rd. I didn't contact chase sooner because I thought the card would be here by now but it isn't and I am now behind on payments. I called chase customer service and was told there is nothing to do but wait for the new card because my current card was closed as of the 23rd. So upset that I was informed I would continue to have a way to make payments and this was either not true or the person that helped me made a mistake in processing my service. Definitely will not be returning here for future banking needs.

They are very knowledgeable in their field, and able to refer you to other department if they are unable to answer your questions or requests. Always kind and helpful, seldom a line and when there is it moves fast. Also love their app.i actually have accounts at credit union, B of A and wellsfargo and Chase is my favorite.

I just went here to open a business checking account. The man asked me a couple of questions and then he concluded that I would be using too much of his time and that I should just go home and do it online. Now there's such a thing as poor service and another thing called DISRESPECT. I was disrespected here. He didn't shake my hand when he met me and really didn't look like he felt like working. But I bet if I "looked different" he would've had no problem helping me. What's the point of paying employees like this. You'll never see me at this chase branch ever again.

This South Pasadena Chase Bank has been my local branch for over 10 years. We have recently moved to the Valley but I refuse to transfer to a closer one due to the fact that I receive excellent service here. I had ordered new checks online with the new address, however, they were printed with the old one. * Kevin Tisuthiwongse * has always handled my family's accounts and again has taken care of this error with friendly, professional and efficient customer service as usual. We are now over 30 miles away but I will stay with this branch. If you need a great contact there, ask for Kevin.

I've seen an influx of a couple new employees and they're great additions to this branch. Lines have been a lot better and even when there is a wait, you can see everyone hustling through it. Every time I'm here theres a teller named Dominik, and I've never had a complaint.
