They were 2 cashiers gossiping they ignore a older person, for like 5 min , he got upset and he left, there was sale of 2 sodas and they charge regular price.we ask for the receipt and she , think about it ...they are very rude

Bought a pack of Reese’s peanut butter cups here, opened them up and they looked awful—not only melted, but had some kind of moldy look. I went back in, showed the lady, and asked her if I could grab another. She said “Oh wow, you bought this here? Sure, get another one.” I grabbed another, opened it in the store and it looked exactly the same. I showed her. She started to shout: “Okay look, they’re not expired, they’re just melted. It’s fine.” Not wanting to engage in a fight, I walked out with it, had one bite and it was totally awful. What establishment would stand by selling a totally melted box of Reese’s? That’s a definite indication of the lack of quality control overall.Here’s just a few of the many other ways this store owner could have handled this:- Go in the back and look for a new box of Reese’s that isn’t melted- Say “Oh I’m so sorry, the entire box must be melted. May I help you find a different snack here?”- Offer a refundDo better.

Overpriced gas and the attendant Ana couldn't be more rude. Completely impersonal and lacking in customer service. Never going to come in here ever again. Go to the Shell that's 3 blocks up on Fair Oaks.

I have been going to this gas station for a long time. But now this station is falling apart. I gave this chevon two stars because it has received some upgrades over the years but still now they remodeled it still is once again bad. So first before they used to have no screen and just buttons, now they have a black and white screen. They also have diesel now. So now it's better than 2011. They also have a digital screen in front now. But now compared to newer gas stations like the Chevon and 76 on Arroyo parkway they do not have a color screen. They also have no Apple Pay like some gas stations. Now I went here on Oct 5, I was going to use pump 5, but it had a sticker on it that said please pay inside. So I said ok I'll just use pump number 7. Well, no this was a bad idea. Pump 7 is terrible. You don't have to pay inside but they screen is really slow, but the other pumps have slow screens too. Next after paying it was hard to pump gas. The pump was super slow! Next after getting gas it was hard to remove the pump from my car. After taking the pump out the pump cut off my receipt. So yes I will still come back but please G&M oil station 151, Get New Pumps!
