“AMAZING service from Michael!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had called in to see if they were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Air. Luckily they had a replacement screen in stock, so I dropped off my laptop around 4pm and they had my screen fixed and ready for pick-up by the very next day around 2:30pm! Everything was incredibly fast and efficient. They were also the most cost friendly repair shop around Ktown LA when I called 6 other repair stores in the area for price comparisons. I will surely be coming back to fix all my devices if needed in the future- so glad I found this repair shop. Thanks again, Michael and AVS Computech!”
“This review is seriously overdue. I have used, owned, and purchased Apple computers for 26 years and counting. And over that time span I’ve very rarely had issues with my Apple computers, but there has been an instance recently that was pretty extreme and I went through a lot with it. I was going to the Apple store get help at the genius bar and it was hit or miss. So one thing led to another where I had a very bad experience at the Apple Store a particular Apple Store so I’m not generalizing. As a result, I decided to go to an authorized Apple repair center and I found DI – NO. I was lucky enough to get a expert there by the name of Nick. I really cannot say enough about how meticulous his work is, how incredibly knowledgeable he is, how wonderful it was to be able to communicate with him, and how patient he was and attentive to what my needs were with my computer. If I could give 10 stars on here I would because Nick went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful and brilliant in his work - totally stellar! I can go on and on believe me when I tell you this place and Nick were the best experience I’ve ever had in the 26 years of owning and working with Apple computers. Thank you Nick and thank you Di-No. Nick is a keeper. I will be loyal to your store.”

“this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this”

“I had an issue trying to install a secure reboot for Battlefield 6. Accidentally fumbled with some other settings and my pc wouldn’t even turn on. Jose knew right away what had to be done. Super professional and really knowledgeable (and I built my own pc). Fixed my issue and saved my hide and the price could not have been more reasonable. Great service great professionalism. All around deserved every star.”

“We support local businesses as much as we can. I called ahead to check and see if they had the specific ink for our printer and the guy who answered was very thorough and gave me several options. Their pricing is competitive and we signed up for their loyalty program to get an additional 3% off future purchases. They are across the street from our favorite car wash and there's convenient parking in the back and it's a short walk around to the front to enter.”

“Mike was able to fix my old IMac that had a dvd stuck in it for years in less than an hour. He removed the dvd player with no visible marks or even evidence that anyone had done anything. I would take my Mac repairs to him as soon as there was a problem.”
“My phone stopped charging yesterday and was dead. I had previous issues with my lightning port so I figured it might’ve been done for. When I got there I told David my issue and he was able to direct me to a wireless charger I could try out to diagnose if the issue was fully with the port or the phone itself. After successfully charging my phone I approached David and Marcus and asked about who to speak with about potentially diagnosing the lightning port issues. Marcus said he could check it out right then and with a few tools was able to clean out the lightning port enough to restore its functionality. Super clutch help on both of their parts, it was greatly appreciated.”
