Managing a small businesses can be extremely stressful and its very helpful to know I can always rely on South Pasadena Fedex to efficiency help with their outstanding service. Today was no different as Both Omar and Yousef calmly assisted in my printing needs. Its a wonderful feeling to know that i will always leave less frustrated than when i arrive, and tgat i can always leam on the wonderful staff for calm and helpful assistance.

Love this place, the whole staff is amazing. They handle all printing, image editing that I need, fax, enlargements, laminating. EVERYTHING. However, as customers, we need to be patient, these guys work hard, they have helped me in so many big projects.

Self service printing at this location was a very bad experience. I had to print more than 20 documents onto 8.5x11 paper in black and white to give to a government agency since that is their requirement. The machine only allows you to print one document at a time and you have to wait for that document to finish printing before the screen goes back to the list of documents and allows you to choose the next document to print. Additionally the screen doesn't show you which document you just printed so you have to keep track yourself to ensure that you don't print duplicates or miss a document. What was even worse than that is that the 3 documents that were printed were printed onto 8.5x17 paper even though the documents were all saved on my USB drive as 8.5x11, so even that was a waste. I was going to have an employee print the documents for me, but there is an additional charge for them to do that and the per sheet price is also more when an employee does it. I left and went to my local UPS Store, I should have done that in the first place.

The 👩 bossy lady in this store is crazy….. not sure the manager or who, the lady behind the counter is unbelievable …. Discrimination and inhumane behavior ☹️

Super friendly guy helped me get the box I need. Gave me the instructions I need to print label on site.

I was lined up waiting to be called next. The attendant instead had a White Woman go ahead of me to which I protested but he ignored me. The employees here have racist like tendencies towards minorities. Shameful!

Yousef was fantastic! He packaged a bulky item (a guitar) for me on site and took extra care to ensure it was packaged securely and professionally. He was super friendly and gave me a great price! I appreciate the time he devoted to making sure my guitar was safe. Great experience - I’ll be back again soon to ship additional items. Thanks Yousef!
