Wasted a whole day trying to print business cards through fedex, only to find out that the process was cheaper and only takes 15 min to do at staples. FedEx just sucks for no reason and won’t do an accurate preview of the print, so then you go in and ask an employee for help, and they shuffle you around for a while only to end up telling you to just do the order yourself online even with the preview looking horrible. Staples is cheaper and better and you won’t have to go in to make sure you’re doing it right. Go to staples.

Terrible experience with the staff today, this is the second time a similar thing like this has happened to me here where they try to sell me box and pack service...Dropped by with a prepaid label on my box and they would not accept my box because it had some USPS tape on the seams. So ridiculous, they also made an excuse about the condition of my box which was totally fine just dirty and then what do you know they offer a solution of re-boxing it and charging me for it.When i pointed out another box on their shelf that had amazon logo brand on their tape, and how that was such a contradicting thing to make an excuse of not accepting my prepaid package, the manager says "Amazon isn't a shipping company" whatever......Ridiculous attitude, they could have offered to put a couple of while labels on the "USPS tape" if it bothered them that much. Instead i had to drive home kill an hour re-boxing and come backI am never going to the counter to get my packages scanned.

What a waste of time. Spent an hour in the store wanting to open a PDF into a document. Neither employee , the lady or the man, knew how to use the computer programing, nor knew how to help me. They spent over half an hour tying to teach themselves how to use the computer program. Left with a PDF copies I can't use or open on my computer or at work. Total waste of time and money for nothing!

Older lady with a stocky appearance, long gray hair was extremely disrespectful and rude. I carried a 43" flat-screen, she closed both doors on me. I asked why she didn't hold the door open for me. She said she didn't see me, then quickly walked to her back office. A considerate shopper walked over and held the door for me so I could carry the xlarge box into FedEx. I carried the xlarge box to the counter where a professional, young lady, FedEx employee provided me with exceptional service. This location needs new management.

Everyone at this location is super helpful and kind. I had a giant order to ship and Yousef was so helpful and patient helping me get it all shipped out. Can't recommend these folks enough.

Make sure when you come here to this FedEx your not handicap they don't help handicap customer with there boxes even if you ask for help they look at you weird.

Used to work here. manager named Jonathan is terrible at his job. When employees complian about sexual harassment, this guy actually tries to argue in favor of the offender. What a joke.

Toxic environment. Employees are rude and lazy. Store manager Jonathan is completely useless and so is the district manager. None of them are management material. Be careful if you are a woman because one male employee named Yousef will sexually harass you. Store manager Jonathan is too useless to stop it. If you must go to FedEx, please go to a different location. This store is the absolute worst.

This store is fine but I'm super dissatisfied with FedEx! My shipment only arrived half to my family in China. Why FedEx doesn't notify customers the rules on package value and weight with Chinese customs??? Is this the quality I get for $400 shipment fee I have paid???? Terrible!!! I won't ship at all if FedEx will not ship my things over safely!!!!

Jesus needs to get good with God.First off, a staff member left their store keys in the door and when the door closed (with the force of the door) hit my 4-YO in the side of the head with a pretty big welt. But that's not all...A schmuck of an employee named Jesus was so extremely rude to an old man who asked for help to printing a doc. When the old guy asked for further assistance because someone had previously walked him thought it before.... Jesus replied, "well then you should know how to do then." And refused to help the customer. My mouth hit the floor. I hope this dude gets retained or finds a job that doesn't involve helping people.

Really terrible customer service, most of the time. I’ve been here 4 times and 3 of the times, including today, the lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I wanted to mail a package. Like she questioned why I put the shoes I wanted to return in a shoebox and grilled me about all the other tiny steps that come with mailing a package. Once I got really good customer service but that seems to be the exception. I won’t be back.

The worst customer serviceThey never answer their phones and are always letting customers argue with an automated system during store hours. Answer your phones !! Stop turning on the auto mated system early!!

I was in need of last minute document printing and scanning while in Pasadena. Stopped by this FedEx and took care of everything. They even offer free WiFi, and desks if you need to get work done, so I stuck around a little longer. Easy and plenty of parking. Restrooms available as well. Seems very convinient for me.

I only come here if every other print shop is closed and I can't wait till the next day, They recently told me that their printers don't recognize Mac files! WTH?! Avoid this place and go down one block to the small local print store.
