Horrible customer service…
My wife and I waited for the young man to come back from his lunch which was fine. My complaint is the customer service!
We walked in and he’s on his phone texting even after coming back from lunch, I asked for the GNC multivitamin energy metabolism pills and his reply was”they’re over there” as he pointed and continued to text on his phone, even did the same with my wife! So I walked up to him and asked if they had the other bottle that wasn’t the multipack he got upset he had to put his phone down and walk 5ft away from it to show me that they’re out of stock and walked back to the register to pick up his phone to continue to text. Didn’t recommend any other brand nor did he try to actually do his job as a customer service representative for GNC. I’ll get them off of Amazon or from GNC Santa Anita mall (Nick ) has better customer service there!
I won’t return to this place since it was a burden to do his j.o.b!

Every time I come here, the staff is very helpful. Today Elias helped me pick out a new protein powder, and helped me take advantage of the benefits of becoming a GNC Pro member. Thanks a bunch!

Drove 30+ minutes since there isn't a location near me and the door was locked at 645pm. The hours on the door says closes at 8pm. When i tried to call (about 5 times), there was no answer and the hours said they close at 9pm.Came back at 715 and waited for 30 minutes and still locked!Closing a few minutes early, fine, i can get over that.CLOSING ALMOST 1.5 HOURS EARLY? Do y'all even care?I see several other reviews on here about the store being closed during operating hours. Do they know how disrespectful that is to customers?I'm not going to GNC anymore. I'm going to find a small business to support that actually values their customers.No wonder why so many GNCs are closing.

Having little to no prior knowledge on supplement, walking into GNC I was nervous. As soon as I entered one of the employee's Elias I believe was so kind and welcoming ( and cute! lol ) even going out of his way to ask if I needed any help. After a few recommendations I was able to get everything I needed! Thank you again, can't wait to try my new pre workout.

Called in for a particular item and the guy working in the afternoon said yes they have it, I even called again before to confirm and he said yes again. I drive all the way over there only to find out it was the wrong product. I don't if the guy working that day was high or what but he seemed out of it..

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for pre workout supplements and was able to give me good helpful tips. Kind of small and hard to find but the service made up for it. Appreciate the help Elias!

Never thought I would visit a GNC store but I needed to. Ive been to one like a decade ago looking for certain type of whey protein at the store in Beverly Center but since then, this is my first visit ever. I was looking for specific supplement and I couldnt find any in Rite Aid because its definitely not too common for anyone to look for this. I would get my employee discount at Rite Aid so it would be cheaper but its okay as long as I get what I need. Checking out was a breeze! I went and asked for it, looked for it, I happen to find the last bottle while the guy helped me look. Took it to the register, paid but didnt get my receipt because the register was acting up. He said he will email a copy of my receipt but I never got it. I dont think I will return it but yeah it is what it is. The guy helping me had a great customer service and I will definitely be back to get my bottle when its due.
