I have been to this location twice and both times have been such good experiences! Edgar is super friendly and helpful, everything was good with my vehicle repairs. I did not have to come back for any other servicing, definitely recommend this location to anyone needing repairs.

Stop by today to get an estimate. The gentleman was so negative. The first thing he said to me, sorry it's only me here and I can not give you an estimate right now. You have to make an appointment, next thing that came out of him was I'm sorry I can't do the estimate because I am affiliated with AAA. I don't understand, I am so confused

I backed my 2010 Acura MDX into a brick wall. D**** The rear driver side corner hit the wall pretty hard, and a part of the body behind the wheel looked bent and knocked out of position. I figured I had done $1500 or more worth of damage. On the way home from my brick wall encounter, I stopped in at Service King, now called Crash Champions; they have been extremely helpful to me in the past, so I decided to go there to find out the bad news. Turns out, thanks to Tom, there was no bad news! With a special long screw driver, Tom disconnected the body part i thought had been damaged, then repositioned it and screwed it back into place. Good as new! Took about 5 minutes from the time i walked in the front door to the time I was driving off the lot. And they did not charge me anything! No one likes to go to the body shop, but I will be back there the next time I have an issue with one of my cars. Thank you very much Tom and all the nice people at Service King/Crash Champions

I coordinated with my insurance, let them know the details of my case. I let them know that because I hit my door it crumpled and water from the storms flooded my car. You can see how the door puckers. I called the number on this Google listing and told them all that information. They said they could take care of everything. I was so excited! When I arrived they tried to say they “didn’t know” if it was caused by the door damage. That they didn’t have the capability to do the work (which the person on the phone representing them did not mention) and kept trying to up charge and say it would be a separate claim for each item. Go to Caliber auto or anywhere else. I should’ve read the reviews first that talk about having similar experiences.

Our car was rear ended. Since the other party's insurance will pay for damage, it was our first local choice for convenience . Staffs were very knowledgeable and supportive and offer returning our rental car to save use the extra efforts. Car was done quickly with status updates. Car was washed and interior cleaned with fresh car air freshener. Very pleased. Thank you.

I want to start by saying, I am not one to write reviews. I am not one to complain and I am usually quite understanding and patience when working with companies, but I just recently brought my car here and had a terrible experience. They had my car for 2 months, and for the first month the car wasn’t even touched. The customer service was really disappointing and there was no communication throughout the entire experience. I do understand that they had some recent staffing problems and turnover, and I understand that not everything was in their control, but I hoped that I would have at least apologized for the experience. The whole time I called once a week to check in to see how things were going, and was given no information on what was going on with my car. They gave no support, no communication, and were honestly quite rude over the phone. When I was finally able to pick up my car, I brought up my concerns to the customer service team to give them one more chance to make it right, but they were again very defensive and took no ownership for what happened.I brought in my car here a few months ago for a different problem and had a great experience! That was why I came back. After this, I will never bring my car back and don’t recommend anyone to come here. Very disappointing experience.

Weird attitude. You could just say our company doesn't repair your car, The attitude of the employees in this company is very uncomfortable. Bad attitude, you know? 100 reasons not to bring my car here for repair! Why not accept my insurance, not give me an appointment, And asked me to go here with the claims adjuster from the insurance company! Don't you think it's weird? Isn't that your job? The definition of good customer service and good will! - I had a small fender-bender in a parking lot (surprisingly, my first). The damage seemed cosmetic, but not being an expert, I contacted the local garage who does my engine/tire work. They recommended Service King. I called and was able to get an appointment the next morning. So in I went - to the wrong Fair Oaks location! Henry let me know I was in the wrong location but then asked what I needed and offered to give me a rough eyeball estimate since I was there. The location was clearly busy and taking the time to offer this service was generous and beyond expectation. He eyed the dings and let me know what a cost for a quality repair could be (not small, since the 'dings' would entail replacing the non-metal panels). Then he had a colleague grab some compound and a cloth to put the damage in proper perspective. This 'non-visit' took about 25 minutes of his time.Henry went the extra mile to address a problem and offer a fair assessment of what could be done with no hard sell or pressure. And this was for a customer who showed up at the wrong location!Based on this example of genuine professionalism and generosity I would not hesitate bringing my car should I require more extensive work.

The nice part about service King is that they texted me every day to give me an update on how it was going and when my car would be done. They did an impeccable job on fixing the panel that got hit and they must’ve also washed my car because it came back shiny like it had been washed and waxed.
