- The 3 employees in ups are very rude, with a lady of 87 years old the guy didn’t even care to say hi or your welcome. The notary guy with glasses and the other old guy in the back. They really don’t wanna work at Wednesday 5pm. Get new employees! Young ones who really want to work. Please avoid going to this location!!!

Always fast and friendly staff. Often overwhelming demand. The employees keep their cool and work at a good pace.

Confused about the 1 star reviews too. Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly, and the space itself is clean and spacious. Go there for your UPS needs!

I came in Sunday and Tom was personable and professional. He helped me send items back home to Oregon, with tracking info and he gave me a delivery date.
I don’t understand the one star reviews. I’m most pleased with my experience.

This location has fast service and kind staff. The tall young man with the longer hair was especially helpful.

All of the one star reviews are completely deserved. The manager and employees are rude and condescending. I've experienced this a couple of times and decided to take my business elsewhere. It doesn't matter if they respond and try to sound nice that's just the rules of social media. For every bad review they get, they'll just beg a customer to write a good review to offset the algorithm. It's a good location but bad service isn't worth it to me. There are a few independent mailbox services nearby for a lot less money and are grateful for the new customers.

I was at this store this afternoon, and was treated rude by the male at the desk. I use to go to this branch a lot, but I will drive out of my way to another store due to the non-service oriented staff here. They just look at you when you walk in, and say nothing. Asked him a question about taping my box down, and got no answer, asked twice and got a mumble, still not sure even what he said. You wonder how places like this even stay in business. Shipping is the wave of the future, and service just gets worse and worse at this place. South Pasadena use to have a small-town friendly feel to it. I went in one time about a month ago it seemed to be a change in morale, is why I went to this branch this time, but seems to be back to the unfriendly attitude again. Too bad. Oh, there was a female working at the counter one time, and she was helpful, and friendly! If all employees there were like that would be better.

Alan and the UPS team have always provided me with excellent service! With the amount of volume they do, they are always efficient and keep the line moving. I appreciate their service and will continue to use this UPS location. Thanks!

I have to share my experience with the owner of the store this morning. Please avoid this UPS store! I am a South Pasadena resident for 35 years and have never felt uncomfortable going places in the community. The owner is very unfriendly, unprofessional, and disturbed!
"I normally don't yell at people but I was forced to. I said that enough was enough and asked the owner to stop rushing me and being rude with me, and for no reason at all. This man was talking down to me!"
No wondering why this store is low rated. We definitely don't need this type of service in our community. I sincerely hope the owner seek help for whatever his issues are because obviously this man is not capable of running a business.

I come here a few times a week for almost a year and have never been greeted here once. All the workers here look miserable. Especially the 2 guys with glasses , they are always grumpy and rude. You can tell they hate working here.

The attitudes are poor, and they don't seem to have customer service skills. They don't say thank you, and when you walk in instead of greeting you they look the other direction as though to say "Oh No, Not Another Customer" . Very rude place.
In the last several years I have seen this place go through a few turn overs of employees, and this group is the worst! They should be happy they have jobs, yet they act as though they are doing the customers a favor. They are getting paid to do public service, they should treat people better.
This is only my opinion of the experience I have had there.
