Most of the time I go in there, the guys at the register are rude, roll their eyes at you, and never respond with a thank you or a good bye. If they don’t want to be there they should look for a different job, maybe one you actually don’t have to work or deal with customers.

I paid $144 to over nighted a package to east coast on a Thursday in October I received the package 5 days later on Monday. Turns out, FedEx charges $100 for the same delivery???UPS returned the refund over a month ago. I called and left a message no call back and they don’t answer the phone. I tried calling several timers throughout the day and each time it went to the VM saying if you get this we’re busy making customers unhappy. Maybe not exactly that. Lol but no answer after several attempts throughout the day.Funny thing is I had a horrible in-store rude experience the last time I was there. The owner was rude and and don’t like the box I packed it in so he would t ship it. He Literally said he won’t ship it because the box I used was not to his liking. Craziest, rude egotistical, judgmental and unappealing.I am not surprised about all the complaints. But really, how do you get down to 3 stars with 44 reviews in a friendly town like south Pasaena? Like is it a hard crowd?Shame on you guys, you don’t deserve to be in such a cool town. You should be in the ghetto so you can get a little wake up call about customer service.I have looked at your store responses to complaints and those words you use are lies.Like, the statement “We try and provide world class service”That is a very different story from what I have seen. If you don’t like people and don’t know how to provide just decent service, why are you doing a public service business???How do you keep someone’s returned refund???All this Makes wonder how many other customers and people you have not returned their refund if they don’t chase you down around these issues

I waited in line as a tall young guy with long black hair was working the register, as he finished helping the guy in front of me, he just walked right out of the store, my response as he walked to the exit was “you could of said you were closed at this register after this customer” he looked at me and walked right out. I waited in line once again, and was rung up by some else at another register. The banter between the employees they all hated their jobs and non the stop supply of Amazon returns. This location is depressing.

Went to this UPS store to return an item and the manager/owner was extremely rude. I was first in line and he skips me. When I tell him, "excuse me I'm next," he get an attitude and tries everything in his power not to help me. First, he says my box was too damaged so I buy one of his. Then he says he won't pack it, so I do it myself. I understand certain requirements are needed when receiving Amazon returns (nothing new here) but his horrible attitude was totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Even his employee was apologetic and came out to speak with me. (The owner wouldn't let me pack the package inside.) I didn't go somewhere else because we all know how Amazon returns go; should be in & out in less than 2 minutes. (NOTE: read my other reviews, I'm fair and have sung many other companies praises). If you want your stuff shipped and/or returned with no hassle, I strongly suggest you go somewhere else!

Is it normal for your employee to shout "jerkoff!" as I'm leaving? Lol Go to the tape! It happened an hour ago. I approached the counter with a package and the older guy was just typing and ignoring. Typing And ignoring. Typing and ignoring. I'm right in front of him! I'm a grown man. After what felt like an eternity I said hello! How are ya! He Then had to respond. But what the heck! We are grown men. You work there. Acknowledge my presence.Anyways. So I politely just said 'im sorry. I just don't like being ignored. Im sorry whatever you're doing seems more important.' And i meant it. It obviously was more important. So he kept barking like an angry old man and as I walked out he screams jerkoff! But really, it's the other way around. I wont bother him any more. I won't be going to this locationan any more. Problem solved. Great hire you have! ? and from the recent comments, I see I'm not alone!

I stopped to drop off a package and I saw that they had printers. I asked if I could print. They said I had to email it to them. I asked for the price and they said there was a three dollar charge. I asked if there was a price per page. The man helping me said if there was "a lot."Then their computer that I emailed the document to was slow. That took a while. I emailed two Excel documents. When they printed it the first time it came out in portrait instead of landscape. I had to show the man how to change the settings to landscape in the printer. Still didn't print properly. I then explained that they needed to download the document instead of printing it directly from my email. I had to show them how to open in Google Drive. Then I had to reformat it. I printed it. It turned out to be 24 pages of printing, not to mention wasted pages that were not formatted properly. They charged me more than three dollars. I told the cashier that I was quoted three dollars and then more if it was a lot. They said 24 pages was a lot and I didn't properly format the document. The document was formatted properly , but they were trying to print directly from email without downloading it into a program. I had to fix all the formatting so the document would print. I had to show their employee how to adjust their own printer settings.Poor customer service. They don't know what they're doing. They have no sense of urgency. It takes forever. And they miss "quote their prices.

Unfortunately this location does not offer color printing services. The quality of black and white copies were low, either due to missing the edges of the document or printing it so dark that the contents were difficult to read.

As a frequent Amazon shopper, it is extremely convenient to have a ups near by. The staff is friendly and informative. The store is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking.

Extremely rude and unhelpful and disrespectful. I am never coming here again. I never leave comments but my experience here yesterday was so horrific I will be driving farther to go to a place that is helpful, nonjudgmental, and doesn’t complain about their customers.

The Asian guy working there says that currently their store does NOT Accept Amazon Returns unless you buy something. He was trying to upsell me bubble wrap but because I declined, he refused to take my Amazon return ? This location is a joke. Avoid at all cost.
