This is one of my go to post office locations when I am visiting family every couple months.
The city of South Pasadena finished their last phase in landscaping the remaining grassy area in the south side by the public parking lot.
Fun Fact:
They built a 100% California native, drought tolerant demonstration garden. Selected plants that are naturally suited to the hot and sunny weather while also supporting pollination and providing food and shelter for wildlife.
Plantings will have color at different times of year, and include Cleveland Sage, St. Catherine’s Lace Buckwheat, Toyon, a ‘Desert Museum’ Palo Verde tree, among other plants.

Where is my Priority mail package. Was told by the clerk on 09/18/2024 before noon at the San Marino post office that her supervisor said package was “mis-sent” to South Pasadena last Friday. It will take one week. According to google map, South Pasadena post office is approximately 4.0 miles away and walking time is approximately 1 hr 30 minutes. No movement since last Friday and that’s 4 delivery days ago. Use UPS if you can. Priority mail supposed to be 2 days, got to love your USPS. Where did this post sent my package?

My postman hates his job and it shows! This is the third time I have requested a pick up and they just never show up! But yet, I received an email that my pick up has been confirmed?!!! This post office is a mess!!!

Workers on site were needlessly rude, and some were actively unhelpful. 1 person was helpful but also condescending during the entire interaction. Got what I needed though

I happened to send important emergency documents to international on priority mail which is 3 day delivery. 1st person at the counter half way helped me with my documents and said it's $30.00. Then she left for lunch and next guy at the counter assisted me. He said $75.00. I paid and went home since it was really urgent. But it took more than 10 days and still not yet received. I really wonder they know what they are telling their customers and what they are doing. Disgusting service.

Don't come to this store, they cheat you to make you spend more money, the workers in this store are racist, very bad experience, the good mood of the day was ruined by them. Go to another store, don't come here. They should go out of business.

Horrible experience! They never sent my package to me from Ebay. Even the seller made a case to help me out. When they finally talked to him, they told him I would have to pay them for holding it. The person who was supposed to help me was so rude. He even rolled his eye at me. I really needed this package for school now. I have to wait longer, because I had to buy another one. Luckily, my teacher is understanding. I'm so glad I do not live in South Pasadena!! This Post Office sucks!! And I'm putting that nicely!

I had a peculiar experience at the post office. The staff exhibited odd behavior, a peculiar sense of humor with customers, and operated exceptionally slowly. I visited on a regular Thursday to send a package, a typical weekday, and found myself in a queue of 19 people. Can you imagine how sluggish their service was?

I always seems to get a help from this one person there. He is not friendly and seems that he enjoys to see his customers struggles to understand his strange sense of humor. Honestly, I just want to mail an envelope and I have never had any bad experience emailing a single 1oz standard sized envelope domestically. He is still here I hope he goes away for everyone who works there.

Not sure if they know their own hours went in at 2:15PM on 4/29/2023 and the front doors were open stood in line and the attendant told me they closed at 2 and closed already. Your hours on Google say 3PM please update. Everytime I go here there is always an issue with their Google hours not matching up to what the employees are honoring. Save yourself the headache.
