“I first went here to have my engagement ring repaired in between traveling for work (the center stone was getting loose). They treated me well and were easy to reach and were very upfront with the cost and what they would do for the repair. I got my ring back and realized my center stone still rotated within the basket the night after I got it back. I reached out to them the next day for either another repair or fix but wasn’t able to get back to the shop for about 4 months and was ready to pay for another repair. Once I was able to come in, not only were they quick to respond, but they did not charge me a dime for the finished repair. They didn’t question me once about the time between the fix and second repair and made sure my ring was in great condition upon returning. My ring is fixed to satisfaction now and I have happily found my home jewelry shop because of their professionalism and customer service. They also have very nice vintage jewelry for sale that is great quality. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your jewelry needs and will be returning indefinitely for my own.”

“Coming to Hing Wa Lee is the only time where it helps me relieve stress and give me a sense of peace while I'm going through school.
Back in March, I purchased a Rolex Datejust, but I need an alternative low-key watch for school because I don't want to be too flashy in front of other classmates.
Chloe helped me select my ring size from Chopard even though I'm not married, but I always wanted a ring to pair with my watch.
I told Chloe before I was looking to purchase an Air King or GMT. Unfortunately, those models are rare, and I know she has other clients who want them also.
I told her I was interested in a Cartier Santos because Christopher Moltasanti wore one in the Sopranos. We looked through the display case together and tried on different dial colors.
We landed on the green dial together, because, 1) I do like the color of money, 2) Green is used in jade for Chinese cultures, 3) the dial color is rare, 4) it represents the Hing Wa Lee brand.
Thank you, Chloe, for always taking care of me and not pressuring me to buy alternative watches, but show me around.
Last, but not least, she taught me not to baby the Rolex and worry about getting scratches on the bracelet. Because it will get scratches eventually, and I can always send it in to have it polished to have the scratches removed in the future.
Therefore, I will wear the Cartier and Rolex with love going forward. Mr. Lee and Hing Wa Lee Group are lucky to have Chloe around.

Rolex Batgirl (126710) is very difficult to find...
Unworn I brought you a completely new product (December 2020) at a good price.
I bought it cheaper than in Korea!!
As it is an expensive watch, I thought it was right to buy it from a trustworthy place, so I decided to buy it here!
I searched all the American sites such as Chrono24, bob’s watch, and jaztime, and also looked into a lot of watch exchanges in Korea.
It was much more reasonable to purchase from Vetoben haha (even though the dollar exchange rate was high!!)
I traveled 30,000 miles to look for Rolex for a month.
Before buying this watch, I visited it 3 times and thought a lot about it.
It's such a waste of time, but it's so nice to finally bring him. (My husband-to-be is so obsessed with it haha.)
If you couldn't find a gift in Korea, it would be nice to see it here!! I highly recommend it haha”

“On the way to Mexico I lost a valuable watch I had for 29 years at the airport. As a shot in the dark I searched for the exact model to replace it, and luckily Alex had listed it on Craig’s list. Initially I was wary about purchasing such an expensive item from across the country (I live in NJ), but Alex was amazing. We spoke on the phone and he answered all my questions. He was not put off by my initial mistrust. Because I was still in Mexico, I had trouble with the payment since everything I tried was rejected as fraudulent.
