I've been trying to call for the last 30 minutes to inquire about my prescription but no one was answering the phone. It prompted me to press for the pharmacy but it seemed like someone picks up the phone then hangs up. Same when I just stay on the line to get assistance. No one wanted to pick up the phone. Smh.

I live in the area and this is my neighborhood rite aid. It seemed super busy this Saturday. The staff seemed like they were doing multiple tasks at once. Even though it was super busy Geno and Ariel were super helpful in my search for eye drops. Awesome job rite aid you continue to go above and beyond.

Usually like this Rite Aid, but young male asian cashier started yelling at me, while I was standing in front of the ice cream display, to get in the regular line and pay first. Terrible attitude from him and his young female coworker. Courtesy out the window.

I've held off over the years complaining in a Yelp review about this Rite Aid staff's weirdly abysmal lack of service and hostility toward customers, mostly because often times it appears to be perhaps a by-product of poor management, low pay, and under-educated, uncultured employees. Since I began shopping here over 20 years ago, I noticed the poor service and rudeness has increased.Yesterday's experience was so creepy that I feel the need to YELP:I bought $38 worth of items, even though the shelves for cold/flu remedies were almost bare and I'd come in to stock up in the face of rising Covid numbers. I needed to use the restroom but figured my request might be more urgently responded to if I was obviously a paying customer.There was only one person in line and the cashier was helping her. Next to her was another cashier helping someone.After paying, I asked the cashier:Me: Can I use the restroom?She: Someone would have to open it with a key. You have to wait.Me: Can you call someone?She: No. That would be me or her and we can't do it as long as there are customers in line.(I didn't look behind to see how many were in line. She pointed to a guy waiting to the side and said he was also waiting for the restroom.)She: You can go across the street to Starbucks.(It may or may not worth noting that I was hobbling around with a cane after fracturing my leg a couple months ago.)Me: Can I talk to the manager?She: I am the manager.And yet...It actually seems worse than that time when one of their employees approached me outside the store where I was enjoying the ice cream cone that I'd just bought and accused me of shoplifting because I'd had unpaid items in my hands at the ice cream counter. After seeing the longggg line waiting for the cashier and having paid for my cone, I'd put them on a shelf and left.I suppose it's fighting City Hall to even mention that all I feel when I think about shopping here is dread and anxiety.

I needed something last minute, so I stopped here to pick it up. The store was clean and well organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. They also have a decent selection of wine & spirits, in addition to grocery items, cosmetics, sundries, pharmaceuticals, and Thrifty Ice Cream! This location is much nicer than the CVS by my house. It's near my P.O. Box so I'll be shopping here instead. Hopefully, next time the Self-Checkout will be working.

We have a unfit store manger Esmeraldashe try's to pick n choose who to say hi to she forces her employees to say hi to customer but harass is mike and this is the direction of Ralph district manger n this is the company direction welll I was shopping last Sunday she harassed me Mike n my employee mike

Is there a zero-star option? Rite-Aid Pharmacy in South Pasadena makes a strong case for a change to the rating system. This isn't forgetting to 86 the onions on a burger; pharmaceutical drugs alter lives and behaviors. Aim higher than the fast-food errors you make each time I pick up a script. I'll avoid the insults to individual staff and just say that all of the issues I've faced here on consecutive visits are enough to be embarrassed for this operation as a whole, not just an individual. DM/RM can message for details. But they won't bc they don't care bc if they did this wouldn't be happening. Aim higher. Hire better.

my friends and i have been coming to this rite aid for years and today we came to pick up some makeup and class party supplies. we got followed by an employee throughout the whole time we were shopping despite not displaying any suspicious behavior. we were just walking around and being followed made us very uncomfortable, so we just decided to buy some makeup and leave. there were many other groups of teenagers in the store so i don't understand why the employee chose to follow us.

The elderly man in front of me was buying gift cards and the cashier took care to ask him about them and make sure he wasn't getting scammed. Touched to see community members looking out for each other.

Fast and prompt customer service. Asked my new pharmacy to request a transfer of my prescription from this Rite Aid. They did it immediately within 1 day. I did the same thing with my other prescription at rite aid in Glendale. I had to call them after 4 days to have my prescription transferred. Glendale Rite Aid is either incompetent or simply just doesn't care.

All Pharmacy's in Pasadena area ! This is the only place I come for all my shots, all Pharmacists here have a very light hand - never feel a thing, always have to ask them, Are you done ? Thank you very much. This time, they give out a scoop of ice cream for giving us better health with the Flu Shot
