These people are great!! Sam took the time to mix up touch up paint for my car interior while I waited. It was a difficult color to match. He told me how to prepare the surface, prime it and finish it. If you need paint for your car, this is the place to go. Very reasonable prices too!Service: Painting

I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and they helped me figure out what kind of paint and accessories I needed. Really friendly and great people.

I've been working with Leo for the past month, and he provides great customer service. I requested a quote for a matte vinyl wrap windshield for my Harley Davidson Fat Bob and the price was very reasonable after getting quotes from nearby companies. Leo was able to finish the windshield in about a day and a half and he told me if I had a problems, to give him a call back. Unfortunately due to the material of the windshield, it was prone to air bubbles and shrinkage. I called Leo after seven days and he said he'll do it again free of charge. The wrap was tighter around the edges, and Leo told me if this doesn't work, we can look at spray painting options. Unfortunately, the bubbles happened again a few days later and I told Leo about the issue. Leo scheduled me and called me the next day saying the product is completed. Leo spray painted the product and it looks perfect. I haven't had any issues riding with it. I asked Leo how much it would be and he told me not to worry about it. The fact that Leo wrapped, rewrapped, and then spray painted shows the level dedication and customer service. I will be recommending all my friends for his work.

I did a good amount of research on window tinting before I came to graphixlab. I am extremely particular about my cars (like their other customers) and I am extremely hesitant to bring my car to careless shops due to scratched interiors, damaged panels or messed up lock mechanisms. I initially made my appointment a few weeks in advance and on the day before I changed my mind about going in but then had a change of heart last minute. Glad I did! I sat in the lounge (with my dog, thanks graphixlab!) for about four hours. When my car was returned to me, the window tint looked fantastic and they wiped down the interior of the car. The next day I found the dot matrix had a piece of tint that lifted so I pressed it back and it has not been a problem since (appx two weeks ago) so safe to say it is doing great. Cannot go wrong with graphixlab.

I reached out to Graphix Lab for a quote on window tint and Leo offered me a great price with a discount for finding the shop on yelp. Dropped my car off in the AM and was told it would take about 4 hours to complete. Got the phone call my car was done and they even washed my car! Leo showed me everything that was done and I am very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend Graphix Lab. My only regret is not getting the tint darker

A Tesla destination if you live in the peninsula / entire Bay Area. Leo and the whole staff at Graphixlab are so professional and courteous. I felt like as if I was one their family member in a good way. They are so busy so if you can get an appointment, book it. When I was there they we're working on 2 model 3s with chrome delete. Today they had my S, 3, & X in the shop. They did a fantastic job on my 35% ceramic tint all around and replaced my outdated wood panel w/carbon fiber. I did have a slight problem one that required me to come in and Leo and staff took me in right away and fixed the glitch on the spot. They even wanted to go above and beyond to fix the issue but i was ok with the quick fix. They will soon have a Tesla charger installed so you'll have a full charge when u pickup. Highly Recommend so book em. I'll be back for my chrome delete and hopefully my model Y.

I brought my Model 3 Performance here to have the windows tinted. They were able to schedule me in for an appointment right away. The price was reasonable and they were able to tint the back window in one piece as opposed to having a seam in the middle. I have already recommended another Tesla driver to try this place out.

I'd like to start this off by saying that I'm an extremely particular person. I used to do paint correction and detailing on the side for some spending money, and I have an extreme eye for detail. I'm literally the worst type of customer possible. If you mess up, I will see it. I was a bit nervous at first, trusting a shop with not many reviews with my brand new car. I regret not trusting Leo sooner. I'm rarely ever so compelled to write a review, but they were just so superb. I had ceramic tint and full front PPF installed on my BMW M2 by Leo and his crew just now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and work ethic. I've helped friends and family find tint installers, and this is the first place to pass my scrutiny with no reservations. Full stop. Leo and his crew cut film by hand wherever possible, which is an absolute must if you want a precise fit. Computer cut patterns tend to get a close-ish fit that'd probably satisfy most customers. If "close-ish" isnt good enough, this is THE place for you. Pattern-cut tint tends to leave a giant, hard-to-miss gap between the tint and the window's edge, whereas Leo and his team hand cutting tint, didn't. I had a really hard time seeing the gap myself, even with my trained eye--it's probably the width of a human hair. Believe me, I tried to find issues. Other installers (using patterns) left huge gaps, misaligned patterns, dust, scratches, and/or bubbles in the tint applied to my friends' and family's cars...all things you don't want to see in your tint, and quite frankly the mark of a tint job where you should have just saved your money and spent it elsewhere. If you're looking for a proper tint installation, Graphix Lab is the place to go. The tint job on my car is nothing short of perfect. Onto the PPF. Leo and his team installed 3M PPF on the front of my car and door cups. The job was overall very clean, very glossy, with nicely hidden edges. I pointed out a minor mistake where some of my touch up paint was inadvertently lifted and removed during the application process (I expected this to potentially happen). Without hesitating, Leo informed me that after all the film has cured to bring it back in, at which point any other issues that may arise will be addressed as well. He also asked that I bring in my touch up paint so that HE CAN FIX IT HIMSELF when he had no obligation to do so (imo, anyway) before rewrapping the hood. To top it all off, they cleaned the interior of my car, conditioned the leather and plastics, and cleaned off and waxed the exterior as well, which I didnt expect and had no idea would be happening. They went the extra mile, did a superb job, and stood behind their work--all at a cost lower than many less skilled shops I'd seen my friends and family go to. TLDR; BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH CONFIDENCE. This is a shop that knows what they're doing. Leo took took care of my car like it was his own, and I imagine he'd do the same for you.
