One star for the cleanliness and upkeep of the store. It's always tidy and organized, plus they are generally well stocked. One star for the kind and friendly customer service they provide. Minus three stars for the location. Unfortunately, it's right next to a Grocery Outlet, which, IMO attracts seedy people. I've experienced two incidents where I was verbally assaulted in the parking lot for no apparent reason, and I've witnessed someone being verbally assaulted for no apparent reason. I truly don't feel safe coming to this store anymore, so moving forward, I will be doing my shopping online or at a different location.

The new guy that works there is super rude. Few hairstylists that I know has also complaint of how rude he is. There's usually a few ladies that work there that are super nice and helpful but the past few times I came here it was the rude ass new guy working there. Sad to say but he is ruining the business.

JAZMIN the store manager is wonderful. JOSE is super efficient very quick will find an answer of any questions knows a lot of the technical manual of different products. And if He doesn't have the answer He will even call the companies of the product line to satisfy your needs. The store in San Francisco also has 2 wonderful sells persons. I just love to shop there.

Jose was helpful, kind and patient while I was shopping in the store. It was by far the best experience I've had shopping at this location. My other experiences have certainly not been this pleasant but thanks to him I will continue to shop here! 5 stars for jose!

Worst employee this store hired. His name is JOSE, discriminates against race and treats buying licensed customers with disrespect. I hope this reaches management to remove JOSE. This is not the first time it happens to me or coworkers that go buy here. He has disrespected me multiple times I hope you guys take that in consideration.

I'm very disappointed that Cosmoprof hired rude ppl to work as a customer service. I'm a regular customer at this shop. I go there very often for the products that I needed. The ladies that works there are nice but I had bad luck that day. Jose Cruz was so rude. Treating customer very bad. He talked with very bad altitude. I told him I want to see the manager but he said he's the manager. He's the only guy works there. The guy with the glasses.

This is for professional salon folks, it is a great place to get our products. You have to be licensed to buy there, but we'll worth it. I can get all types of hair products that I need, satisfy my clientele and make everyone happy. The folks that work there know their products so asking for assistance is not a problem.

Closed at 3:35pm on a Sunday with a sign on the door that says open until 4pm! I even checked on Google what time they were open until! I could have gone to another location

They closed at 3:30 on a Sunday and supposed to be open until 4! I could have gone to another location! The sign on the door says open until 4pm and so does Google. Pissed I wasted time coming to this location when I needed products
