The lobby was the only part of this hotel that felt clean. The hotel overall was not at the quality we expected, and in the parking lot there were rats everywhere—running under cars and even by the doors. One of them ran over my wife’s foot, which completely ruined our stay. Our room itself wasn’t filthy, but definitely below expectations. We checked out early, but the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation- just told us to contact Expedia. Even after Expedia reached out, the refund was denied. Overall, the hotel and staff were okay but not willing to accommodate your guest due to the filthy rat infestation is upsetting and very unacceptable.

Next to the airport in an ugly neighborhood. Lots of parking. Bathrooms are semi-clean. Lobby is quiet. No pool. Staff is semi-friendly.

the bed was competent enough and the staff was very friendly, but those are about the only things this hotel gets right
- it was noisy. we could hear everything the neighbors were saying, we heard planes taking off and landing, and there was some noise in the vents that sounded like someone was knocking on our door every couple minutes
- the toilet did not flush consistently
- the water pressure in the shower was low
- half the lights in the room did not work
- the airport shuttle did not run late enough to pick us up when our flight arrived
- if you have a food and beverage credit, it can only be used at the on-site restaurant, not for anything else (eg the 24 hour snack market is NOT included). so, if you have a flight thats too early, you just can’t use your credit

Room was clean and service was great. I wish there was a breakfast option and parking was scarce. There was more outside noise than I would have expected.

We had a 12 hour layover at SFO and decided to stay here in transit. The room is large and the bed was very comfortable. However the bathroom in our room needed a lot of repairs. Yes technically everything worked fine. But the pocket door never stayed on its track (broken) which made it extremely difficult to open/shut. The tap at the sink was loose and too short. The shower was also difficult to use. They do need to mop the floor bc it was dirty. I will not be coming back. A big plus is the staff was very nice.

Pretty good location from the airport and a small drive to downtown SF. Nice rooms, very clean and comfy beds/pillows. The staff were helpful and very nice. Also the chocolate chip walnut cookie is a pretty awesome perk!

Super close to the airport. Shuttles running every 45mins which kept me of using it. Hotel is kinda newish and clean.

Got in on a late flight, missed plane and was given a hotel stay, didnt get into the hotel until around 4 or 5 am, the beautiful hostess was welcoming and polite and helped me. But was woken up around 8am by a man that worked for the hotel (assuming the manager) asking if I'm signing out or paying for another day. I was only there roughly 3 hrs and was sleeping. The guy didnt seem to care. He wanted an answer immediately. He wanted me out. Rude, will not stay at this location again. They need this guy restrained on how to treat customers. 2 stars for service because the woman at the front was amazing but took 3 stars away because of the guys attitude and demeanor.

I booked a double queen bed room at this hotel a day in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 AM, my check-in time had already passed by 8 hours. Can you believe that even after waiting 15–20 minutes at check-in, my room still wasn’t clean? It should have been ready long before I arrived.

Yes they have an airport shuttle. That being said it runs every 45 or so minutes.
The restaurant is good with good service, a decent selection of wine, beer, and cocktails.
The rooms are functional for an airport hotel with a spacious bathroom.

Comfortable clean rooms with a great location near the airport. Even though it's near the airport there is no disturbance from flights or roadways. Rooms are well insulated. It has a small section for some basic foods as many places nearby shut early.
The only thing that let me down was the shower pressure ! I know it's a small thing to nitpick on but every morning you want to have a quick shower it is just a huge let down... Maybe the management can look into it. Otherwise a great stay.
Ps. Housekeeping was super on point. Always on time and good job done.

Rooms are clean. Tv never had single and when it did there was only one channel you can watch, shampoo, conditioner, body washer, and lotion containers empty. So what’s the point of having them. Ask house keeping if they can refill them 1st day and never came.
Front desk staff just not friendly at all. They look at you as if your bothering them.
Elevators or are slow, and some of them are out of service.

We had our daughter’s Baby Shower at the Doubletree and everything was top-notch. Charliann provided a lot of useful help getting us set up, helping us with the room selection and menu. The event itself was awesome: the room was great, the food was great, and the service was (you guessed it) great!

Girl at the front desk was extremely sarcastic and rude, AC was broken, shower head broken. Waiter in restaurant was pushy and hurried us.
Wont be coming back here. Only ended up staying 1 night.
