I emailed them directly about a recent order for my wife's birthday because the original arrangement felt a bit underwhelming for the price. They responded promptly, kindly explaining that tulips aren't always at their best during this season.
To make things right, they sent my wife a replacement arrangement the very next day and issued a full refund (even though I hadn't asked for one). That level of care speaks volumes about how much they value their customers and stand behind the quality of their work. Highly recommended!”
