Just staying here because I was in town for a Lady Gaga. I prefer staying outside of the city and taking transportation into the city. Easier access to the highway back home. Clean room and great service. Breakfast was great. One suggestion - put a lock on the shampoo/soap bottles in the hotel bathrooms since they are refillable.

Hotel looked a little off putting upon arrival. However once reaching the room, it was dead quiet. Although the location of the hotel would suggest otherwise as its right by the freeway, staying here was exceptional. Big bed, solid pillows, quiet room.

I had my tv on level 15 and got several noise complaints from the person directly next to me that we were being too loud. If I can’t use the television while I’m staying here there’s no point in ever staying here again.

Central location close to the airport. The bartender wasn't friendly which was a turn off for my wife. The rest of the staff was very helpful. The rate was good. I would recommend it.

On the first evening staying there, the fire alarm went off at 12:30AM for at least 15 minutes! I immediately called the front desk to determine whether it was a false alarm. After 40 rings and no one answered, I decided to evacuate my room along with the rest of the floor. After walking to flights of stairs, the fire alarm stopped, and everyone proceeded back to their rooms.
I asked the front desk the following morning whether it was a false alarm and they said “yes”. Not one single staff member or the management team notified hotels guests that this was a false alarm, nor did they apologize for waking people up in the middle of the night and inconveniencing them! While the shower has excellent water pressure (probably the best in most hotels), the room and hallway floor is uneven. Oddly enough, the front hotel entrance requires four to five steps upward to enter the main lobby.
Furthermore, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, one would think that parking would be free, and a room upgrade would be available…not the case! I was treated just like any other regular customer which makes me think of what is the point of being a Marriott Bonvoy member???

Convenient location for a business trip, but disappointing service.
The hotel is in a great location, and most of the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our room had no hot water. The front desk was already aware of a building-wide issue, and although hot water eventually returned, it ran out again shortly after. We were offered a room change but declined since the problem affected the entire building.
We appreciated the complimentary late checkout at 2 PM. However, the front desk still called in the morning, and housekeeping came by to ask about our checkout time—suggesting a communication gap. Our room keys also stopped working at noon, and we were told that was hotel policy despite the late checkout. We had to go to the front desk for a new key, which also didn’t work. Thankfully, a kind housekeeping staff member let us back in to gather our things.
Overall, while the location is convenient, the experience fell short due to service issues and inconsistent handling of basic needs.

Best location right by the airport. Comfortable room, nothing special, but above average and clean.

Sean Love was the best bartender I’ve had in a long time! He got the kitchen to stay open for me to feed my kids after a very long flight! I appreciated his attention to detail and his knowledge of the wines on tap. Thank you Sean!!

Nice hotel and all... but the party is downstairs at the bar with Sean, Jared, and Desirce. Talk about feeling more than welcome, and the service is excellent. Thank you for all of your hospitality and kindness friends.

Sean, Jared, Desiree, are down right the best crew you could ask for. They are attentive, considerate, and go above and beyond! Definitely recommend this place based on these three individuals alone. 10/10

Jared over at the bar has been excellent during our trip in San Francisco. Desiree was excellent as well. Had a great time at the hotel overall. Nice rooms, everything was clean and tidy. Have stayed here a few times and always have a good time.

Staff were friendly and the bartended (Sean) was great. Multiple TV channels would not come through in the hotel room. I stay at Marriott hotels often and unfortunately, it appears to be a reoccurring theme of not being able to get some of the most basic channels once you’re in the room. What confuses me even more is not being able to watch a channel one night that I could see the previous night. It’s very unfortunate when you’re working and traveling so much and you cant enjoy the programs/channels you should. If the TV channels would have worked, I would’ve never brought this up, but my shower also backed up the first morning, it was still backed up when I got home in the evening and I had to call the front desk to get it snaked/cleared. They were able to do so but frustrating to get home from a long day of work and have to wait for a maintenance man to come up and clear the shower drain.
