I stayed here for 4 difficult nights and was very pleasantly surprised by the rooms, service and the staff. I had some issues as far as my phone breaking and my card getting temporarily shut off because i was traveling but the staff made the whole experience much better for me and the bill was a pleasant surprise too. I would highly recommend staying here if youre looking to stay by the airport. Next time im in SF i will stay here again for sure. Thanks guys for a great stay:) -Ian

Stayed here last minute due to missed international connection at SFO. The person that checked me in was super sweet. My room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was working. Very conveniently located for people that are flying. There’s some food nearby but not too many healthy options. The fitness center is well equipped so that was nice. All in all, my room was quiet and spacious on the 3rd floor.

What Marriott property DOESN'T have breakfast? THIS ONE!Like some of the other reviews, This is a barebones hotel, nice quality rooms etc, but there is literally NOTHING else here. You will be next to nothing, freeway on one side, highway on the other. Between two gas stations. It's just weird to me for a Marriott property not to have something.Food & drinks: No bar, restaurant, or breakfast.

Decent for an airport hotel. Given the reviews I was expecting a lot worse but was pleasantly surprised. Room was well kept and everything was in working order. Location was ideal for returning my rental car early in the morning.

If you’re looking for customer service -GO ELSEWHERE. If you’re looking for a clean room in a 3-star hotel away from everything.. this is your place. We were road tripping from Vegas, had an Alcatraz behind the scenes tour booked for our arrival day. Called the day before to see if we could check in early (12-1 vs 3), the young lady I spoke to checked her system and said “no problem, you c’’mon down and we’ll get you checked in”.We (party of four 2 King rooms) arrived at noon on our check in date. The man behind the counter apologized and told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour before our rooms would be ready. Perfect, we’ll wait. We have to be downtown by 3pm for our tour, so this will work out.We parked the car ($18 a day) grabbed our luggage and sat in the lobby catching up on emails etc..45 mins later this same man comes over to us and says “I’m sorry but you can’t check in until 3 pm.”We tried to explain to him that this will not work, we need to freshen up and change our clothing … and.. the employee we spoke to YESTERDAY said it would be no problem.I realize things happen, but this man wouldn’t even attempt to work with us. We said we would take one room if that worked .. you don’t have to clean both? Answer-No.. let us into a dirty room.. take the towels & sheets out.. give us 1 clean towel. Answer-NoI asked to speak to someone else and was I informed that he was the General Manager-Cash, and he wasn’t going to do anything to accommodate us.When I mentioned his employee telling us we could check in early - his response “this will be a teachable moment”.. tell you what Cash, this entire conversation was a teachable moment for the staff that was standing around you - You could have taught them how to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.We had no choice, it was now too late to cancel and go somewhere else on a Friday afternoon in San Francisco. We opened up our suitcases in the lobby, got clothes to change into, toiletries and each one of took a bathroom in the lobby. We stored our luggage and headed downtown. What a way to start the weekend. My recommendation to this hotel chain is to find a GM that can actually be a face of your chain not a Disgrace to your chain! The room itself had vinyl plank flooring and was laid out quite nicely. No view to speak of, and too far away from any decent restaurants. Was a good place to sleep and the shower water pressure was decent. Thanks to a deplorable experience with the GM at this hotel we all will be taking our business elsewhere in the future!

No air conditioning in the entire building and the staff say it's been broken for over a month and would not be repaired for at least 2 more months. The property does not have windows that open and the room was 84 degrees. The property could not offer any compensation, nor would they rebook me somewhere else. They said the owners refuse to close the hotel or at least notify guests and put it on the website. Instead, they walk almost everyone who shows up.

Place is run down. My room's AC didn't work. The desk clerk said there were no other rooms available and offered me a fan. Seriously. I checked out and took my business elsewhere. If this is the only place available I guess you're stuck. If not look elsewhere.

The hotel is right on the highway. It's noisy at all hours. No shuttle service and Uber charged $41.00 dollars for the 3.5 mile ride from SFO to the hotel at 9:45pm. No one called me and I got no check in conformation on the day of arrival, despite having checked in on line. There was no A/C in the room on the night of 10/23/2023. The room was stuffy and smelled musty. Room amenities (coffee and condiments) where old and stale. Check for bedbugs, I saw some evidence of dead bugs along with blood stains on the sheets and the mattress. The 3 pillows where old and worn out. There was no breakfast and not even a cup of coffee available at 6:00am. The night auditor was unable to give me a receipt when I checked out early morning. I later got an email, assuming she spoke to the manager later in the day. IMO, this hotel is still operating as if there were a pandemic, meaning there is no staffing and no services at all. The lobby bar was shuttered and the lounge closed. It's not up to even the most basic Marriott standards. I won't return.

The hotel has had no air conditioning in the entire building for months, windows don’t open and my room was 83 degrees. They never called or messaged in advance about the issue and could not rebook me elsewhere. They said they don't expect this to be repaired for at least 2 more months.

No AC in some rooms. Why they still sell them, well that's rhetorical. No breakfast as shown on the website. Staff is good.

I booked this hotel because it's close to the airport and I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and normally am never disappointed with their properties. I was in SFO for a work function. The only thing that made this hotel decent for me unfortunately, was the kindness of the staff. First of all the hotel is dated and FILTHY. The windows in the gym and stairwells look like a cleaning cloth has NEVER touched them. My hotel room the first night: I got home from work got undressed I noticed when I went into the bathroom that there were ants all along the bathtub frame and climbing up the walls. I killed a few then opened the door to realize they were also all along the opening of the room entrance door. I called down stairs as I was already undressed to see if they could have maintenance just come spray. They informed me they didn't have anything to kill them so they'd give me a new room. I repacked all of my things, got dressed and came downstairs and waited 15 minutes for the young lady to find me a room that was available. While I don't mind waiting normally, it was 2am and I would have thought she'd have the room ready to go by the time I made it down stairs since she told me they would give me another room. Got my new key and came upstairs and the room (330) had a very pungent mildew odor which made my sinuses horrible the next day. I checked out early and left. Overall, the staff was great, (housekeeping and front desk) but not great enough for me to return unfortunately.

The staff is warm and welcoming. I see many complaints and my assumption is those are for people used to staying at 5 star resorts and forgetting this is a 3 star property. (Yes I love my 5 star resorts, but rate this hotel based on the category it is.)Staff- super helpful. I checked in and rooms were not ready, but I checked in at 12 pm and the normal check in is 3pm. The manager brought me over a cold water when I was sorting through my suitcase to leave it at the hotel while I ran to a meeting. (Managers have a ton to do and that was very kind of him.)Location- it is very close to the airport and a short Uber into San Francisco.Rooms- they have been renovated. It’s not a “new” hotel; but they have kept it looking nice. There are several gas stations, a nice hotel restaurant across the street and an ihop walking distance for snacks and food. (Hotel also has some food items for purchase.)I normally stay in SF, but sometimes I don’t want to pay Tripoli the price and this hotel is just what I need for business trips. And my room was quiet on the second floor. I turned the fan on and was all set.Rooms: Clean, quite large for SFWalkability: Close to a couple of restaurants on foot and snacks at gas stations.

No one answered the phone, no one was at the front desk. Spent two hours waiting, making calls, walked all around, no one there. Never got our room. Ended up having to go across the street and pay for a hotel room there.Do not go to this hotel.

The rooms are fine and the parking is easy but it’s not close to anything in terms of finding dinner if you get in late, and they have no food options onsite except for breakfast.Walkability: Not walkable to anything.

Nice and comfortable and welcoming hotel. Sophie at the front desk took care of us. She was very nice. Thank you for the great stay!
