This has been one of the worst repair shop experiences I’ve ever had, both as a customer and as a business owner who relies on honest communication and timely work.
We dropped off our truck on Tuesday with the clear understanding that it would be worked on and completed within the week. Instead, the truck literally sat there untouched until Friday. No updates, no progress, nothing. We were repeatedly told the truck would be fixed “this week,” but that turned out to be completely untrue. By the time Monday came around, still absolutely nothing had been done, and we had no choice but to pull the truck out—after losing almost a full week of work and productivity for our business.
The lack of communication is unbelievable. No one called us about anything—not status, not delays, not parts, not approvals. We had to constantly call them ourselves just to find out that nothing was happening. On top of that, the parts they quoted were way overpriced, which added insult to injury considering they didn’t even start the job.
And the customer service… incredibly unprofessional. Shoutout to Quentin for making the experience worse than it already was. He wouldn’t even look at us while talking, like our business didn’t matter or wasn’t worth his time. When someone treats you that way, it tells you everything you need to know about how they value their customers.
Between the lies, the wasted time, the overpricing, the zero communication, and the rude customer service, this shop has earned its one star. If you value your time, money, or your business, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. We will never return.

Some portions of repair were good other items not fixed. Will take truck elsewhere in the future as it's a waste of my time.

If I could give these guys more stars, I would! We had an RV transmission self destruct while someone else was driving it in San Francisco. It got towed to Four Star, and we’ve had nothing but the royal treatment from them since!
Even though we live in Utah, they treated us like we were down the road - diagnosing, storing and then fixing our transmission perfectly. They even picked my husband up from the airport when he flew out to drive the repaired RV home. This is the repair shop everyone should be using!

Conlin Seward is a liar. Quoted a price for repair... 1200 then took it to dealership.. 150 and it's working just fine. Run away from this place and this person.

I was stuck with a beoken spring on my 20 ft travel trailer on Memorial Day. When I called on Tuesday to explore my options for repairs, everyone stepped up to assist. I limped over to their location and was greeted in a fiendly, proffessional manner by everyone there. They stepped up to get my trailer safely and securely parked while I went to pick up a new spring the next day. I returned with the spring Wednesday afternoon and they got it installed on Thursday, as promised, at at the estimated rate. I know quality professionals when I aee them. Everyone I met at Four Star Automotive met that standard. I was fortunate to have been taken care of by their team. They are the best!

I when there and they overpriced me for a simple fix. The representative in front lied to me and danced around every question I asked. They ended up quoting me 500 higher then the Mercedes dealership these guys are fraudsters beware!!

I went in there for a Smog Check for my car’s registration. It costed me 65.75$ and was done under 10 minutes. They are very professional and give you advice and opinions on any questions you would have about your car and its parts.
