They do not answer their phones, but rather return voice-mail a day later. If you want to visit, the day-rate is $15, and you need an email issued by them to present to the security people on the first floor. After filling out an extensive waiver, they allow you into the club. The equipment is very nice and very new. The only piece of equipment missing is some sort of calf machine. The view out of the windows is spectacular.

Quite spacious gym located inside the office building at Tower 2. I recently signed up after leaving my primary gym. I had some must-haves when joining a new gym and this gym met it all. It's super clean, spacious, all the equipment I need. For public access, there are no weekend hours but M-F they're open 5am to 9pm. Bonus, there is also free parking.

Now called Two Towers Fitness Center, it's a beautiful gym with great views, and public membership is available. Limited hours, with no weekend access.

It’s clean and has nice equipments but experienced the worst customer service ever! I got the membership in early spring but then moved to another city for about 8months, never canceled the membership and was paying $60 per month- after I came back and tried to go to the gym but found out that my key card was not working, talked to the security but he couldn’t help cause there were no employees at the gym!!!Went back the next day and the security escorted me to meet the manager.Manager said my account was deactivated and I have to pay extra fee to reactivate itI explained her that I paid every month for something that I never used and now you are asking me to pay even extra!!!I canceled my membership. She was super rude and unfriendly .That gym needs better staff.

I really wanted to like this gym. It’s very close to me and has gorgeous equipment. It’s empty early in the morning and has a stunning view of the sunrise. Locker rooms are perfect, and the little amenities are nice. The security guards downstairs are super sweet, and the managers are very helpful. I loved how there aren’t employees there all the time and you can still access the gym.Last I checked there aren’t a lot of classes available, maybe it’s changed since then. The main problem I kept having is my key card wouldn’t work. I had to ask the security guard to escort me up every morning. Even when I was able to catch gym employees early in the morning, they weren’t able to find a solution even after multiple attempts. Going to this gym became inconvenient for this reason and I didn’t really want to have to ask the security guard to escort me every single morning. So I cancelled my membership. I’m sure not everyone has this problem, but unfortunately I did and there was never a resolution.

I have also worked with GenesisFIT. I have 2 decades of martial arts experience, and cannot recommend him enough. An excellent trainer.

Very clean. So far it’s not too crowded. There’s always weights or a peloton or treadmill you can get on. There’s an Olympic weight station which is unique.

It's new. Equipment is solid. Great options for training. Locker rooms are clean. Towels and cold purified water from the fountain are a nice bonus.
