Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and quiet. Lighting was too dim in room. Only one elevator working. Breakfast was good. $20/day parking fee. Good walkable score,

Stayed one night to catch a morning flight out of SFO. Nice hotel, well appointed room. Limited food options nearby, there’s a restaurant at the Embassy Suites next door.
Rooms: For some reason just could not connect to the hotel WiFi.
Walkability: It’s in a business park, therefore kind of remote.
Food and drinks: Nice breakfast spread. Would appreciate bottled water in the room.

I'll start with the good. Breakfast was pretty decent. They had eggs, sausage, some type of breakfast bagel bite, waffles, bread, muffins, danishes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, butter, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt and pepper. The room itself was nice. There was lots of space. You have a bed, desk, TV, couch, closet with an iron, refrigerator, microwave, mirrors (including a full length one), sink, and bathroom with a shower (that you can use as a tub, too). The staff were nice and let us check in early. They're pet friendly, so I brought my cat along. There are restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the hotel.
Now, here's the bad. You can hear everything. People walking, someone showering, or housekeeping cleaning. It was a nightmare trying to sleep the first night because the people above us were constantly walking around and dropping things. Even with my headphones on, I could still hear them. The second night, I had to complain about the noise SEVERAL times, and even then, they just moved me to a different room. I had to move, not the people above us.

I had a reservation for one night but needed to change flights to leave before checking in due to snow storm on East Coast and cancel the room 20 hours before arrival. Unfortunately, the hotel was really strict about cancellation policy and I could not get a refund or credit. That was a pity especially as this caused by the weather and not me.

Good hotel. Free parking, free breakfast. Did not like square pillows, cold bathroom floor.
Rooms: Spacious room
Nearby activities: Airport
Safety: Felt much safer than downtown San Francisco
Walkability: Not walkable
Food and drinks: Free breakfast and bar downstairs

My stay at this Hampton Inn was short but sweet. I liked that the location was very close to the airport. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to anything I needed. I booked a standard room and the bathroom was immediately when you walked in, sink separate from the shower and toilet. Room was clean with nice towels. A bit far from the downtown san fran area and wouldn't recommend if wanting to explore only due to traffic. If wanting to stay close to the airport it is a great option.

The front desk staff, Mark, who was on duty, today, 10/14, was gracious and accommodating. He was ready to answer questions regarding checkout, elevator functionality and the likes. Moreover, he cheerfully greeted everyone coming in and out of the lobby.
The front desk person on 10/13 between 5:00 to 6:00 PM was another story. I will not mention the name. He did not greet us when we checked in. I greeted him first that's why he noticed that there was a guest. Not only us, we noticed that he didn't greet other people coming in and out of the lobby which is a part of hotel and restaurant management. A little smile could lighten a traveller's day who chose your hotel instead of other hotels in the area.
Rooms: Room in general was good as well. The sink is separate from the bathroom and toilet. Convenient that way.
Safety: Room safety was good. There was an additional layer of door lock inside.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was delicious and quite a variety of food to choose from.

The front desk receptionist was hiding from the front desk before I checked in. I had to get his attention because he was on his phone understandably not in the security camera's view. When I got into my room, I immediately smelled something rotten and pungent. Only to realize their bathroom had black mold growing behind the toilet. It's a health hazard. The towels and blankets have lint from the dryer. The side tables still had the blank lint from the blankets. It was unclean. Not to mention the entire hotel suffered from fire alarms upon fire alarms at 5 in the morning, waking everyone in the hotel to the lobby. I also could not get in to my digital key or the key cards they gave me. I had 5 cards. They conveniently scheduled a digital key system update while this whole thing was going down. It was a nightmare and after flying from a long and delayed flight, this is not the Hilton Hotel Member experience you'd want or expected to be giving.

Not bad. Area is more business and not a lot around for food that’s close but obviously Grubhub is an option. So not bad but not great. Clean tho.

This was not a very good visit. When I checked in I wasn’t informed that there wasn’t any running hot water. It wasn’t until later the next day that notices were put out.

I booked this room via app ‘Dayuse’. The intended time slot was for 9AM-9PM. I politely asked if there was availability to check in slightly early if they could accommodate. Note: I would have even been happy to pay a little extra. I was told that they were sold out. (No problem - I’d be happy to wait til 9AM) However, I was informed that they don’t even have housekeeping in and it would take them an additional 35-40 minutes to clean the room meaning I wasn’t going to be able to check into the room at the scheduled check in time.
I wasn’t offered any real pleasant customer service. No offer to hold my bags. No offer to have some breakfast while I wait. No offer for water. Etc. Instead it was suggested that I could try to book somewhere else, and that the app ‘Dayuse’ is never guaranteed. That’s strangle because I’ve never had this issue while using the app before. I use it often as a flight attendant.
After working all night long, I was disappointed from the service I received from the female desk agent. I won’t name drop her because the point isn’t to get someone in trouble. However, I do hope management can offer some further training on ways to deliver the same message, while still offering service to the guests to make them more comfortable for the delay and inconvenience.
Unfortunately this led me to find/book elsewhere where I’m now properly being accommodated. From someone in the service industry it’s all about finding ways to accommodate guests in any way you can offer comfort even if it’s not the ideal news to deliver. I was left upset from this experience to a point I felt necessary to leave a review. I would suggest booking a competitive hotel such as Doubletree, which was cheaper and more accommodating. Sorry Hampton Inn.
I will note that the hotel looked solid from the outside, the lobby, and that the breakfast at least smelled good.

I've stayed multiple locations from this chain, and this one is probably my least favorite. My first night, I booked a 2 queen bedroom and found the room to be small, and the beds felt more like a full. On my second night I decided to book the 2 queen deluxe at a slightly higher cost and was sorely disappointed that it is the exact same room the only difference is that the deluxe has a extra table next to the dresser so dont waste your money booking the two queen deluxe. Both rooms have an awkward layout as when you walk into the room, the bathroom sink is the first thing you see. They are also not very spund proof, and do hear noise from other guest walking down the halls. Lastly, I am accustomed to receiving bottle water at check-in from this chain, but I was told told that this location only offers water to Gold and Diamond members. Because I requested it, I was given a single bottle of water for a party of three.
