Had a very positive experience at this auto body shop. Phil is excellent and very professional! Our car got side swiped by a hit and run and Phil made everything so easy for us. Answered all our questions and was very transparent about everything. After the job was finished, the car was also cleaned leaving it spotless looking like a brand new car! Definitely recommend Phil for all your car needs! I only have great things to say about Image Auto Body. 10/10.

THE BEST!! I was stopped at a shopping center a few weeks ago when someone hit my car from the back and ran. My back bumper on my Mustang was dented and loose. I took my car over to Image Auto Body and spoke to Jun. Jun was super kind and helpful and quickly dealt with my insurance provider when they needed an estimate and any details. The front desk was also very nice whenever I called. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. They also washed it, waxed it, and deep cleaned it on the inside. It literally looks better than the day I bought it!! A big thank you to Jun, Alan, Phil, and Ed! You guys rock! (:

It was ready on time, clean and ready to go. No hidden charges, they charged me the exact rate quoted plus the 2 miles I went over the estimation.

Was recommended this shop to fix my tailgate. Jun was very professional and helpful. Kept me updated every step of the way. After the job was fimished, they detailed the entire truck, outside and inside. This shop treated my truck as if it was their own. The tail gate was replaced along with one of the tail lights. Paint matched up perfectly and I am completely happy with the work they put in. Highly recommend

It’s never fun needing to repair your vehicle, but the team at Image really make the process easy. They are accommodating and their work speaks for itself. My wife’s car came back looking batter than ever.

Great family-owned business. Phil and Ed along with the crew are awesome. This go around my old truck was vandalized but Phil and Ed were able to work with me to get the truck back up and running quickly and for a reasonable price. They've been my go to and referral for over 20 years. Unfortunately for most reasons it's the crime around the bay area on vehicles. Always 5-stars and recommended!

I've been coming here for years, family friends since Serra Bowling days. My uncle and Phil Sr have been friends for even longer than that. Anytime my cars need work, I always come here. Recently, I brought my 2014 Mazda here for repair only to discover that it was a total loss. Phil and Jun took care of me the entire way, handling everything professionally with insurance and ensuring I was informed about what was happening throughout the process. Phil also gave me some perspective on what I could do with my wife's car which was also totaled but uninsured at the time of the accident. Service was above and beyond, and I'm always happy to come here.

What am amazing place! I stopped in one day and met Alan. I told him what all of my hopes and dreams were, and asked him if he could help me accomplish them. There were a few logistic challenges with replacing my front windshield and getting it calibrated, with all the sensors. Alan not only made all my dreams come to fruition, but the price for services was even lower than initially quoted. Alan was a great communicator, and kept me apprised of all steps and any delays. He was completely full-service. He even detailed the interior of my car in addition to washing the outside. What superb service! I've been to lots of body shops, and by far, Image Auto Body has definitely impressed me above all others. Alan deserves a raise and a promotion. I will definitely be back. But hopefully not too soon...

You can TRUST Fred!I asked Fred for a second opinion after Dealership quoted 5K for an important job needed to be done - replace water bypass housing (hose, coolant, thermostat, and pressure cap).Reason: water bypass housing leaking coolant.Fred found NO coolant leak!I’m good to drive across CA to attend my daughter’s graduation in 2 weeks!Fred had a busy day, but he checked my car knowing how this was important for me.Many thanks!I feel so relieved!
