Love Nailware! I am a lash tech and they started carrying more lash supplies here. This place is perfect since I’m able to get lash products on hand when I need them. The employees are always friendly and they also let you try out the sample lash trays and tweezers before you buy them.

I liked this place a lot but tbh I don’t think I’ll ever go back… don’t get me wrong all their products are amazing and I really like the gentleman that’s always there (I’m assuming he’s the boss or the owner). I always get helped out by him. But tbh I gave this place a 3 because of the female worker. I can tell you I’m a girl’s girl but that worker is not. There’s something about her that always made me uncomfortable and weirded out. She’s like lowkey rude or idk what’s wrong with her. I think she also runs their IG page because every time I’ve tagged them in a story (recently) they would not repost it but they repost other people’s story and it just tells me it’s the girl that runs that page. I’ll just be ordering my Valentino stuff online! 5 stars to the boss though he’s awesome! He even matched a valentino online price in store ?

The customer service is low key terrible. The worker got a lil attitude, like they don't even wanna help me or even be there at that lol. Don't get me wrong, the products they sell is perfect for a nail tech they have really good products but at least be a little nicer because nobody really likes a rude worker.

Took my sister for her bday to get what she needed to practice doing nails as a 12yr old and they were all so helpful, super nice and it was very clean in there with really good vibes. Thank you so much ☺️

It was my first time coming here from Sacramento, and I loved it. They were so friendly and so lovely. They have brands that a lot of other spots don't have.

This European women with a bun and a jean jacket who works here is TERRIBLE. I just came here to get some nail files and gel polish; and when i went to the back to get 100/180 grit files she bumped into me and called me a stupid n word. Wow. I was so shocked that i just paid and left....this women needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Awful. I genuinely cannot believe this. I also read other reviews about this place and 2 other people of color has experienced this with the same women. why is she still working there...

i just love love love this store!! ite amazing and it has everything you need online right there in the store so in case you need anything quick and fast there's this store!! although i wish they adjusted the hours to closing at 7 pm because i went there at 430 ish and got what i needed but forgot bc i was rushing. was going to come back and get some powders but we're closed

such a good nail store with a variety of products! don’t need a license to go in, which is great as a self taught nail tech. such friendly staff over the phone and in the establishment! definitely recommend!

Love love love this Nail supply! And I'm so sad I haven't come here before! Honestly I tried so many times but I thought it didn't exist so I just gave up looking for it but that's my fault, because I'm terrible with directions, but on one Friday I just wasn't trying to drive an hour to Oakland and tried again to look for nailware and was surprised to find it! It was literally less than a half a mile away from me, had everything I need an AMAZING customer service. I can't wait to come back and can't wait to really see what products you have there! Thanks for being so kind as well! I love supporting small businesses and this one looks so promising!!

This place carry so many high quality brands such a Valentino Beauty pure, notpolish brand, zoya, OPI etc!! They also have tons of decals, nail art and especially those cute kawaii charms! I'm always satisfied with their customer service because the girls are very helpful. They also take orders through via instagram!
