“Really good at what they do their they know what they are doing and they know how to fix all types of European cars swap engines, fix tire sensor issues, and more so I actually trust leaving my car with them for as long as they need and more because they will actually fix my car. And they are very nice understanding and do honest work. It's humbling working with them they wash my anxieties away because they usually can pretty quickly tell me what's wrong with my car and they give me honest answers and prices for their estimates are always pretty accurate and they actually are nice enough to let me know what I need and what I don't do that if I choose to buy parts for them to install they tell me if it's a waste of my money or not which is very kind and their work is decently priced not outrageous and its hard as a woman because most mechanics assume you don't know a thing about cars and are ok with ripping you off or charging you the most that they can but these guys are honest and actually didn't assume or treat me like I knew nothing about cars. Honestly these guys are always busy with work because they are actually decent, so make an appointment first don't assum that they can just fix your car right away especially if it's work that takes more than an hour to do. But they are excellent when other places refused to do the work on my Fiat these guys didn't because they actually know European cars and how fussy and particular they can be when it comes down to the right parts, preferred brands, and the correct step in removing, unmounting and replacing parts because yes Fiats and Mercedes can be fussy.”

“I hate dealing with dealerships since they always charge an arm and a leg. Found them on yelp and decided to give it a try. I was a little nervous since I’m a girl and weary of mechanic shops but decided to give it a shot. Called for a quote on battery replacement and they were able to provide it to me through text, which I find super convenient. Was able to set up an appointment a few days later. Prior to my battery dying, I’ve been driving around with a super loud exhaust. Not sure what my ex did to it but he removed something to “make it louder”. Honestly, it was driving me insane! Come appointment day, they were able to change out my battery and they noticed something rattling and loose in my exhaust so they secured it. It fixed the loud noise! I’m super grateful that they did that without me mentioning anything. Will be going here from now on. Super trustworthy!”

“A couple of weekends ago, I was unlucky enough to have my car act up on the freeway on a Sunday afternoon. I was fortunate to have Mike and his autobody shop conveniently off the highway. Mike and his employees were efficient, communicative, and transparent while they assessed my car's issues and worked on a solution. “I needed routine car maintenance and a smog check, so I called Auto Stop and they told me I could drop by. I arrived at 9:30 am, and while they initially estimated a two-hour wait, they had everything done by 10:30 am. Much faster than expected!
The total came to about $260 for my car. This covered a vehicle inspection, smog check, and oil change. Service was efficient and professional.

“These guys did me a real solid with my truck repair and I’ll be a customer of their moving forward based on my experience. Story goes: truck breaks down in middle of road on way home from work. Get a tow and look up nearest repair to my house and I’m on a jam. Anthony says they are closing at 6pm but offers to stay a little later to help me out. Tow ends up taking a long time so I drop my keys through the shops mailbox. Next morning Anthony and team diagnosed the problem very quick and give me a fair estimate to replace alternator. They complete the job and turns out repair cost them less than initial quote so ends up costing me $200 less than estimate. The response to my problem, solid work and communication, and the integrity around price is what needs to be shared about JT Auto. I’m grateful I found them in a jam (despite needing auto repair always being lame) and will enthusiastic recommend them to others. Great local business. “Had a busted started in my 2009 Honda Accord. Jeff said he could take a look at it to make sure that was the actual issue and not something else. He confirmed that it was indeed my starter that needed replacing and gave me 3 brands to choose from. I ended up going with the brand name at a discounted price since he gives so much business to his auto parts store. Jeff was very friendly and explained all the steps needed to complete the repair. He also gave a very competitive price for the repair.
