I waz unable to open my car fob in order to replace the battery. They went beyond the call of duty to open it and make the replacement.

Will start this review by calling out the RUDE employee that works here- Eric. You were a complete ASS for an issue that your store provided! Went here to get a new car battery. Things were fine. Was helped in a timely manner, no issues. Brought the battery back home, only to find out it was COMPLETELY DEAD! Husband had to use his car to jump it and then I drove it around for 30+ minutes to charge it up. When I called the store about the mishap, Eric said "have you check your alternator or starter?" I said "I don't know what that is." and he recommended I return to the store tomorrow morning at 10am to have it checked. I know NOTHING about cars so I called my father up who told me that a brand new battery should NOT need to be jumped and should be fully charged. We both went back to the store to request a brand new battery. The sticker on the battery said 8/21. Upon entering the store, my father told Eric that I just bought a new battery that required it to be jumped. Eric replied with "I know" with a smug look. My father requested that I get a new battery because the one they sold me was dead. Eric was immediately defensive and blamed the issue on my car and said "WE DON'T SELL DEAD BATTERIES. THEY'RE ALL FULLY CHARGED. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR." Eric realized we weren't falling for his BS and called his manager. She was patient and told us that she would be happy to change it out for a new battery. New sticker said 11/23. Installed and car immediately started. Issue is NOT with car but with DEAD BATTERY. TLDR: Eric is an ass. Shop at a different store.

Went inside for a return on some wipers i bought. One box was opened and the other wasn't. I asked the person at the register if I was able to return both, which he said "let me double check" and said yes. I understand if I couldn't and i mentioned that it was alright if they can't accept the open one and only refund the unopened box. Return went smoothly up until we had to wait for the manager to sign the refund off, which is totally fine. Im alright with waiting, in fact i looked around and got something else as well that I needed. Manager came out, gave lots of attitude and was rude right out and was the first impression set right away. Says "we don't usually do this," which i mentioned that I appreciate it and I thank them. Then the same manager says super rudely "next time you don't like the way they look, you're stuck with them." Great service from the front, complete opposite from the manager.

O’Reilly Auto on El Camino Real in SSF help me out. My car battery gave out going home I was able to drive to O’Reilly Auto. Parked my car then battery was completely died on me. Valentino at O’Reilly was a great help & providing great customer service. Valentino explained the difference between one battery from others. He installed a new battery & within an hour I was on my way home.Valentino provided great customer service. I will return to O’Reilly Auto Parts for other purchases.
