I was dreading moving because it can be stressful and overwhelming. Puma Movers were incredibly kind, efficient and affordable. I am so thankful I chose them because it was my best moving experience by far and highly recommend that you use them. I had a 10' x 15' storage unit packed to the brim with boxes and they had everything into the moving truck in less than 30 minutes. I was amazed. Not only were they fast, but they were careful as they moved items. My previous move with a SF competitor cost me $1,500. With Puma movers, I moved the same amount for $600 and they made it an enjoyable experience. Puma Moving Company is AWESOME. I would give them more than 5 stars, if possible. Huge thank you to Khyll, David and Brentley!

Had a great experience at both times I used their services. They arrived early and finished the job early. They responded to every request. I could not have told them to do anything better than how they did it. Great service! Great price! Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed my experience with Puma! Zena was super responsive and had no problem answering my millions of questions. My move had to be on a budget and she helped me stay within that budget. She assured me that they were the right company for the job and that I had nothing to worry about. She was right!! Khyll, Brentley and Luis were on time and moved quickly! They were professional, very pleasant and assured me that I was in great hands. I will 100% use Puma again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable great service!

Wonderful experience with Puma Moving.I needed to schedule a move with less than a week's notice. There were about 8 local companies that could accommodate me. Puma came in the cheapest, and their office manager had excellent communication, giving me an arrival window, very clear breakdown of range of cost. Their hourly rate was very low, and you can get a discount if you pay cash.My movers were Khyll and Brentley. They were awesome! They came on time, and took excellent care with my furniture, wrapping it carefully, and taking great care not to scratch the floors. Even with this great attention to detail, they moved very fast and completed my move in record time! They were both very friendly and professional.

I was in need of last-minute freight and warehousing services in San Francisco, and luckily found Puma Moving Company to partner with. They were super helpful and friendly. The office worked quickly to address my need to get 2 complicated truckload deliveries made at a customer's jobsite, and made sure the last-mile service was excellent with a knowledgeable, professional, and flexible crew. I would certainly recommend the Puma Moving team for any job. They would probably appreciate at least a little bit more of a heads up than I was able to give them.

Caution! We recently used Puma and had a horrible experience. We hired a truck plus four people. They showed up with the wrong sized truck and only three people. This delayed the move by hours. They were able to get another truck but the crew was "in between jobs" so the move was rushed. By the time we they unpacked at our new home it was late at night and they asked us to sign for 2X the price we agreed to. It was late and we were exhausted so we negotiated a deal. They left and we did not have a chance to inspect our belongings. Not only were pieces broken however, many items were "lost" in the move. DO NOT USE this company.

I scheduled my move for Tuesday, Dec 17. **** arranged the appointment and the time and followed up to let me know when the actual movers would be arriving at my office. They were very punctual, led by *****, who was patient and attentive to the furniture being moved. They even took the time to put spacers at the bottom of the furniture to protect the floors of the office. Very professional staff and I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to my friends.

This disreputable company has caused so many problems trying to scam me out of money. They were hired to perform a local move of only 0.5 miles. They spent too much time unnecessarily boxing items (not standard practice for a local move) and failed to complete the move. They no-showed the next day. I called and was told they were too busy to finish the move. I was left transporting half my belongings and ultimately was delayed in leaving from my old apartment. I had problems with my old and new landlords as a result and missed Christmas with my family. They took me to small claims court despite failing to complete the move. They obtained a default judgment claiming I was served when I was out of town and could not possibly have been served. The company’s representative, **** ** , the owner’s ex-wife, lied repeatedly to the Court and has continued to argue when she was not even present for the move. This company has done everything possible to scam money and should not be allowed to continue to operate in such an unprofessional manner.
