I've been going to this location for over 25 years. Last night I ordered a medium cheese pizza for delivery. It said 45 minute wait which was fine. I called after an hour to make sure they had my order and the lady at the call center said she could not get thru to the Chestnut location after trying for 15 minutes. She said she would call me back and never did. 30 minutes later I called back again and asked where my pizza was it had been an hour and 45 minutes since I ordered. The lady got thru to the location and said the driver just got back and delivered it and to look outside. I said I have cameras and I never received it I can prove it. 10 minutes later she tells me that they will deliver it now. At this point my son was crying, hungry and tired. I told them it was now over 2 hours since I ordered my pizza and I just want to be refunded. I am very disappointed in the customer service and not receiving my pizza after 2 hours. I have noticed the quality of service has been declining over the past few years. Now I will not be returning sad too because I like the pizza.

great service. I went here for the first time in a while. The worker was super helpful and very nice. The deal was great or combination and she even offered free salad or twist. We will definitely be back. Dad just moved in next-door. Thank you thank you thank you good experience.

the staff is extremely lazy, a big order was placed within 30 minutes, the staff hadn't even started to make it and believe me the restaurant was empty and without any order and the cashier was in the back room.Remembering that this restaurant is always like this

driver was 25 minutes late, food was cold. Mgr was defending driver saying she's trying to contact me, but never did she call. I was outside, while the driver was saying she was here. I got the wrong wings (24 mixed) and the person on the phone argued saying she took a picture of what she packed. I demanded a partial refund for ruining my staff luncheon. I was so annoyed with her speaking with me, I told her, "I don't even want the refund, I will never order from you again!!!

We ordered a XL pepperoni for $19.99. Pizza was pretty good. One family member thought it had a smoky flavor. Another described the crust as unnoteworthy.

Ive already started this review, just waiting for my pizza. The two ladys at the front didn't know any deals which every time I come there are always deals. I asked if they charged for ranch and she said "oh ok", I told her I would pass if they charged and she still rung it up. It was cheaper for an XL pizza than a large. While I was sitting at the waiting area infront of the kitchen one of the ladies dumped the lettuce from the salad bowl into the trash but dunked the whole bowl into the trash can to smack the stuck lettuce loose and put it back on the salad line and filled it with more lettuce. Once I received my pizza the bottom of the box was soaked in grease and had tomato sauce on it. I wiped the box off right in-front of them just to show them how bad the box was covered.
