My go -to - place for boba tea! Real tea! When I'm in Milpitas, I always go here, the store has other tea selections in big cannisters that's why I know I am really drinking tea and not any powdered substitute.

Came to look at teas...No access to store inside.Sales person had to bring to small window.Helpful, but not ideal as I drove from San Francisco just for this store.Did find a great variety for why I was looking for.

This is their fulfilment warehouse location. Not their actual stores. They have few store locations in Bay Area.. the closest one to the warehouse is probably the Chinatown location... or Ranch99 have few of their tea bags as well ? Anyway, they have great selections of high quality teas. Have been a fan for a long time!
