I'm a local and was in the market for a Pax Plus because my old herb vape broke, so I went to the nearest smoke shop. Went in to the store and asked the guy running the register, Jason, if he carried the model I was looking for. He said not at the moment, BUT that he would be able to have it within a few hours and took my number down. Lo and behold, within a few hours I got a call from Jason, and within a few minutes had the exact product I wanted (in the EXACT color I wanted [Green, obviously]). Long story short, Jason hooked it up, much appreciated my guy. If you need hardware, check this place out because they have decent pricing and a large variety of stuff!”
“We didn’t think we would find a place to smoke a cigar and enjoy some drinks in San Francisco while we were here for a conference , but Occidental was our home away from home. The owner and bartenders are great and very welcoming. Excellent selection of bourbons, whiskeys and wine, plus a few beers on tap.”

Hands down the best smoke shop in San Francisco.
California Tobacco Center has an amazing selection of cigars, vapes, and smoking accessories. Their cigar humidor is always well-stocked with both top-shelf and affordable options—and guess what? The prices are actually very fair for SF standards. I checked around at other shops in the city, and these guys are either on par or better.
On top of that, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They actually take the time to answer questions and make recommendations without trying to upsell you. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe.
Highly recommend this place whether you’re a local or just visiting.”

“Very friendly, neighborhood convenience store offering frozen goods, beverages, snacks, packaged foods and household items (plus cigarettes and booze/wine). The store worker (or owner) is hella friendly every time I go in. Very pleasant to strike up a conversation with when I’m in the store. Best of all, the store manager is the kitty cat! He’s soooooooooooooo cute! Be sure to give him a friendly pat and furry scratch on his back to let him know you mean well when shopping here ?”

“This is the best smoke shop hands down. Not only are the prices the best in the area, but the service is top notch. Omar helped me out when I thought something was out of stock, he went out of his way to check his inventory and find it for me, all with a smile. What a great, friendly guy. I can always count on this location to have what I’m looking for, or at the very least a good alternative. It’s always clean and well organized. I’ve never had a hard time finding parking. “I decided to visit this location for the first time yesterday since Whole Foods is nearby. The location was a bit hard to get to because from where I was going, you needed to turn left onto Hillsdale court rather than Hillsdale Blvd. At the store, the clerks were very helpful and friendly. One lady told me what the store's favorites are from their recent tasting as well as the customer favorites. One of the recommendations was spot on. I had a few bottles in mind coming in and checked all the bottles on the Vivino app and was able to narrow down on some bottles. Great store and friendly staff!”

“I recently visited Smoke Shop, and it absolutely deserves its name—five out of five in every way!
The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of premium cigars, vapes, pipes, and accessories from top brands. I particularly liked their variety of craft glass pieces and organic rolling papers.
The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. One employee recommended a new flavor of vape juice that turned out to be perfect for me.
The atmosphere is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, with chill music playing in the background. It’s not too crowded, which made browsing easy.
Pricing is competitive compared to other shops in the area, with some good deals on bundles.
