I’m just returning to treasure island RV park last month for the first time since last spring. This RV park is really great AND now the office staff is terrific too. That was my only complaint last spring was that the lady you had to deal with was terrible. Now they have two really nice ladies in the office (Monica and Naely) who you can tell really care about their tenants, both short and long term. The park is super clean, well maintained, great bathrooms and laundry room. Location is perfect!! Just close enough to San Francisco, but not too close. Lol.The maintenance guys are great too. I stay at this park for about five months at a time and I highly recommend you choosing this park over the other nearby options.Sent from my iPhone, please excuse brevity and typos. Have a wonderful day!! :)

First off, 8 months ago we would have given this park a 2 star review ONLY because of the office manager who was employed at that time. Today, after a few weeks back at the park, we are happy to give Treasure Island RV Park a GLOWING 5 star review! The park has a wonderful new office manager, Monica, who is here on property and is very welcoming, sweet and professional. We are commercial crab and salmon fishermen residing in the Bay Area for about 6 months every year during crab season. When we left last April, we were NEVER going to return to this park because of how we had been treated by the office manager at the time. After voicing our complaints to the property management company, they addressed our concerns and handled the situation promptly and professionally. I am so happy the property has a new office management team and they are AWESOME! Both the property manager company and the new office manager, Monica, are the primary reasons we decided to come back and give this park another try. :-)This park has an ideal location, super clean and very well maintained. They have big spaces, nice showers and good Wi-Fi. The maintenance team, Ely and Vidal, are outstanding!! They are on site everyday taking care of every little thing the park needs. The bathrooms are very clean. The laundry room is very nice with lots of nice new machines. And now, no quarters necessary! Everything is on the wash app or wash card.It is such a relief to have great office staff that truly care about this park and the customer service they provide. Treasure Island RV Park is a welcoming environment and the community of residents are very nice and respectful. We can now happily say we will enjoy our 6 months here, year after year.To anyone who wrote off this RV park like we did, we highly recommend you give Treasure Island another try, you’ll be happy you did!

I had a good experience at this RV campground. It’s a fairly quiet spot in the city and clean. Neighbors are friendly and staff too.

Called management for concerns and questions they need to be emailed. Weather great! Not to far from down town San Francisco. Wish there was a park for kids. There is no grass nothing but concrete.

I stayed here three months. Park is clean and spacious. However management is non great. You can only talk to someone on the phone and then that person can’t help you with much and is sometimes rude. Something I didn’t like is that my shower had a leak, so I couldn’t use it for a few weeks and it was a constant hassle to get the bathroom codes from them. They even told me that the bathroom is only for short term residents, which I technically was considering I was paying 28 days at a time. That was crazy they didn’t think I could use the restrooms freely considering how much money I was paying. Location is great though.

Positive: rest rooms and showers are clean and offer a lot of space. You don't hear noice from the streetNegative: Nobody is on the reception, so you have to call which is not easy with an foreign number. Woman on the phone is very unfriendly and sented us via mail the wrong dates. The wrong dates brought us in trouble when permanent resident wanted to know if we are allowed to stay here. Once in the morning police knocked on our door because the soooooo familiar permanent campers ( haven't seen anybody talking to each other) called them to make sure we don't stay overnight without permission. Sometimes asking is more difficult instead of calling the police.

Please update your site (maybe in reservations area) as to what time is check-in time (1 pm) for overnight guests. We arrived earlier only to be told if we check in before 1 we would incur additional charges. For planning purposes, especially witha big motorhome and tow vehicle, it would have been nice to have clearer instructions.we searched website and there is NO mention of check in times

What to say. We booked and paid in advance, arrived, parked in our allocated space, looked around us in disbelief (run down, industrial, neglected, tired…), saw a sign that said the water was off until the next day and, we left.We forfeited our booking and thankfully managed to get a spot at San Fransisco RV Park (2 miles away). What a world of difference!!We could not recommend San Fransisco RV Park strongly enough. If you need to park up somewhere, DO NOT stay at Treasure Island.

The booking system is absolutely horrible. But you have to book via their system. Otherwise there is no chance to get a spot. To summarise:1) fill out their web form2) you will get an email confirming availability3) you have to reply with YES to the email4) they send you an invoice that you have to pay by credit card5) you receive an email with your site number, bathroom codes and WiFi passwordNote that up 24h may pass between any of these steps. All the emails have tons of randomly formatted information in English with even more tipos than this review that may or may not be useful or important. The place itself is really only a parking lot with hookups but it is more or less clean.

Very poor customer service. We stopt by the campground to ask if our reservation was accepted (they didn't respond whitin the stated 24 hours), but there was no one to answer us. Via chat and email we eventually were told that the reservation was accepted. When we came back later to check-in still no one to be found and we didn't get information about our site or codes to use the facilities. 2 days later when finally someone showed up in the office we were told to send an email with our questions, cause she wouldn't tell us the information like this.It might be the cheapest RV park (still very expensive) around in San Francisco, but that clearly has a reason. We got better service and cheaper rates in a Las Vegas RV park on the strip.

This campsite is definitely run by the most unfriendly, money-grubbing woman in the whole universe (I can promise!). “But” you’ll never meet her in person (even here is an office), she’s only operating via mail, probably she’s afraid that anyone could become too angry with her…?UNFORTUNATELY there are no good alternatives. The showers/toilets are absolutely hygienic, but not useable from 9pm to 6am (with code respectively locked). The RV-Park -more a huge parking lot- is clean, almost everyone is longtherm and the cleaningstaff is really friendly&helpful. With the underground you need 30 min to downtown (incl. walking).
