Firstly,I did check out the reviews of the store before I decided to return Amazon products here. And I saw so many bad reviews, which made me a little nervous before I came here.i went to the store today. And it was great, a really nice employee immediately helped me out, the return process only took me less than 2 mins.Thx a lot tho

This place is almost always busy. I've only gone in for Amazon returns but it's been fine so far. Employees were attentive and efficient. They even walked me through how to use the new self service kiosk, which is a game changer. My only complaint is that they could be a bit more courteous. But I also understand what it's like to have no break in between customers. Their customer experience could improve by simply acknowledging customers when they get in the door, perhaps even having a floater that addresses needs of those waiting in line.

If you wanna help make it better. Clean your store it's filthy its dusty and it smells like a toilet. empolyees are lazy and sketchy. Also maybe being helped when a expensive shipment goes missing from inside your store that would be nice.

They will charge you computer fee when you print document here, and computer using fee is $3, also count your black and white print as color print, so they can earn more money from customer.

Useless staff have no information at all gave dead end number to reach customer service package delayed 3 times while its in my city with no way to even pick it up.

This is the closest UPS Store to my house so I find myself continuing to try again out of sheer laziness but they are by far the worst one on the entire peninsula. If you bring them a fully packed and taped parcel and ask to purchase a label, they will give you a price that is 3-4 times more than the most expensive option on ups.com. When you ask them why it's $150 to send a five pound box a child could carry with one hand via normal ground service they make up some nonsense about them needing to add more insurance to it when you bring it to them to pack. When you remind them that you already packed it and it's completely ready to go, they just stare at you.They also really don't like taking Amazon returns and will make up any excuse to get you to go away if you bring them one. They recently installed a new kiosk which is supposed to speed up the process and free the obnoxious owner from having to make up the aforementioned excuses, but making use of it requires you to feel safe just throwing your return on a pile of other returns that sit unattended at the front of the store where anyone can and does walk in and grab them. If you say you're not comfortable leaving your return unattended and ask them to scan it normally then you'll get some utter nonsense about how they can't take it because it's not in a box even when your QR code explicitly indicates it's a label-less return which you are explicitly instructed not to pack by Amazon when you schedule the return. There's no point in arguing with the woman as her English is terrible and she simply doesn't want to be in business. Buy your labels online and take your returns to the one on Hickey or the one in Westlake where they will happily invest the 12 seconds of work into scanning your QR code and handing you a receipt without a bunch of hibbitty-bibbitty babbling nonsense you can't understand.

Avoid printing a copy here. it's expensive 3$ for one they charging for per hr of use better go to fedex.

Having recently moved to the area, I needed to find a place to ship a lot of things often and I have to say the UPS store on Westborough has come through for me for sure. The staff is always friendly and Ive never had any problems with anyone there, always glad to help. Thank you!!

The lady in charge of the Notary services was helpful and efficient. I had not printed out the affidavit but they offered computer use and printing services so I was able to do what I had to do and left with my document notarized. I had my 2 sons with me and they were bulls in a china shop but the lady was very understanding. Good service, nice folks.
