Awful! Just went in to pick up a gift card. Cashier can't log into register. She called manager and he just stood there and spoke to her in Spanish guiding her. After 5 minutes, no acknowledgment that they are sorry. When I asked if another register was open, even though there were people at the photos area for passport pictures, manager said no and no apology. I told them I had to leave for work. No customer service and need a new manager.

Overall, I like this Walgreens. The pharmacists, staff, etc. have been pleasant to work with. My complaint is that they no longer allow customers to used their restrooms. For seniors waiting for long periods can be challenging when the restrooms are not available.

The worst pharmacy in the Bay Area. Award winning slow and inefficient. it's like they're competing for some type of incompetent competition. Well let me tell you they absolutely win! They left me 5 messages telling me my prescription was ready only to show up and have it not be ready. Waited 35 minutes in line for them to tell me the system is down.

You need more people in the pharmacy.I have been going there for year's now and the line is disgusting! I have seen it all the way to the front door! People start getting angry and frustrated and take it out on your employees.Like they do the scheduling .The call center is a nightmare in it's self .more helper's needed in the pharmacy.Sale's alone should tell you that .

I had the pleasure of being helped today at this Walgreens. I had exceptional help from "Silvia " She inquired if I need help which I did. She telling me where to look for and assisted me finding it. Thanks to Silvia for exceptional customer service. Thanks again. Because of Silvia this Walgreens is my favorite place to shop. Thank you James Yasuda.

Worst Pharmacy Experience! The tech behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. She couldn't help when my credit card was declined. I just used an hour before and the amount was $4.12. I asked if she knew why it was declined. She said, " I don't know how credit cards work!" Seriously!?!????

Went to pick up photos, waited for service and all 3 clerks ignored me. Terrible service . I don't blame them for being busy, just don't ignore me, could have just said, we will be with you in a few minutes. I wait for 18 minutes before someone came to help me. Management should just mention to employees, just acknowledge the customer.

Always a wait at the pharmacy irrespective of what time you come in, even if you have appointment. No separate line for immunization appointments

This Walgreens is so poorly staffed there is always a massive line both for the pharmacy and for the regular checkout. I honestly just need to switch all my prescriptions to target.

Worst! Wallgreens. Bad customer service! They tell you what time your prescription is ready for pick up then when you show up it's still not ready. I will change fo CVS FROM NOW ON! The Pharmacist here are veryl slow and not knowledgeable at all! The tech are slow.

I feel bad for pharmacists being over worked. However, they confirm my prescription is filled over the phone (twice this time, I wanted to be sure), and then I come to pick it up and it is not ready. This always happens sorry to say. They also refused to fill the amount my doctor prescribed even though covered by my insurance. I don't know why they are so confused. This is for a basic standard medication for women lol. Now I am waiting another 30 minutes (hopefully only this). Long lines, incompetent, inefficient, consistently poor communication. I cannot recommend. Hoping CVS is better.

This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to, and I basically live in hospitals. I stood in lines not moving, for 40 minutes, barely moving. The techs were acting like they had all day showing no sense of urgency, even though there were 14 people in line. I realize they are paid hourly, but, sheesh. No apologies or anything just NEXT. Very disappointed, and, unfortunately, it's not unusual for this location. Please hire more people or train for efficacy.

I recently was in Wallgreens to get my latest Covid shot. I was asked about my history of vaccinations by Nurse Nancy. She was able to look up my medical history. She gave me a couple of shots that were needed, and told me to schedule an appointment for other necessary shots. These are all covered by Medicare, at no cost to me...I was very impressed with the staff and let the manager, Michael know how much I appreciated every employee that helped me. Michael runs a very competent staff, and is always there to keep things running smoothly!!...Thanks Michael and Nancy for the great work done by all, and the 5 star treatment that I received!!

Exceptional Customer Service at Walgreens Pharmacy , Westborough, SSFO. Ca. 94015 I recently visited Walgreens Pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional assistance provided by a pharmacist who, despite being pregnant, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.
