I love the entire staff here. My dogs are very important to me. I trust this doctor with complete confidence that he will have their best interest in mind. He is also very gentle and kind to them. All of the animals I see when I visit are relaxed and not stressed because of the positive vibes.

Some of the bad reviews on here are borderline unreasonable. Yes, much like human doctors some Vets aren't taking in new clients... why? Because numerous reasons, staffing shortages, over patient to staff ratios etc.. YOU need to understand, there's a reason why someone isn't taking new clients. Owners want to give quality care! It is unfortunate for those who are not existing patients and are experiencing unfortunate circumstances. Speaking from experience, Dr. G used to be my dog Cadence Vet, he was always amazing! I remember when she was getting spayed and I could not afford EKG (safe monitoring) my little girls and I were so nervous and he could see the worry on my face and my little girls. He did the ekg for no charge to make sure our little Cadence was safe and had his staff update us. I will never forget that. Thats a staff and Vet you know cares! I'm lucky that, this time I called for our new pup, turns out he is taking new pup patients again. Can't wait for Simba to meet his new doctor!

I luck out when I found this place many years ago when my veterinarian passed. Dr. G has the here for many years. He and the entire staffs are wonderful. He is compassionate and patients and their parents. He spent time with you till you are comfortable with the diagnosis. There is why sometimes there is a wait for the next patient. The fees are very affordable. Place is compact but warm and functional. Dr. G even came in for my last dog on his day off. We had been working for months for his gradual renal failure.

They are very caring from the moment you call to the Dr. I know he does not take many new patients, but he's super busy with the patients that he has.

Dr. Grewal has been our Vet since back in their old Westborough Square days. We've had 6 different dogs cared for by him and his staff and I'll be honest when I feared he'd retire and we'd have to find a new vet. Happily, his son is now on staff and we are confident Westborough Pet Hospital will be around for years to come. They provide the highest quality service and I never feel price gouged when it's time to pay. Top quality service at an affordable rate is unheard of these days. I appreciate all they do for me and my furry family members! Big shout out to Dr, his vet assistants and wonderful office staff.

The vet here is great. He really loves and takes care your animals like they were his. We had to put our dog down and he was so compassionate about our decision and even prayed over him as he crossed over. I wish he was taking new patients so I could take my other dog there.

Dr Grewal has been our vet for so many years, and we are fortunate to be a part of his clientele. He is a small family shop. He has the right to say that he is full up and cannot accept new patients. Even doctors can say that they have no more to give. I'm so glad we found him when we did. He has shepherded us through feral neighborhood kittens, new pet additions, puppies, surgeries, medications, and euthanasia. All with reasonable rates. Our most recent experience involved having a 16-year old cat who needed to be euthanized. Dr Grewal said a lovely prayer for her as she passed, which I understood to be both for us and for my cat. He let us take time to love on her as she crossed. All the love for Dr Grewal and his family and staff.

Dr Grewal has been our vet for a decade and he's great. Very responsive, compassionate, humble, and caring. Very reasonable prices. I plan to stay with Dr Grewal.
