Employee name elizabeth keep saying they cant do proce math online price to store and keep telling me a store policy while i know myself the store policy of price match as long is not onsale they can price match and its not even a new policy and she said its a store policy which i work at walgreens and i read the compass which all employee know what im taking about but this rude employee keep talking while walking while im behind her manager need to do something about her or i can just call corporate and make her do the training about the price match policy

WARNING! DON'T ORDER ITEMS ONLINE FOR PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION! The employee(s) steal orders here! I've placed online orders for this location before and never had any issues until tonight. I was at work last night and received a text and email that my order was picked up. I called the store and the sweet woman said someone accidentally scanned my bag but she saw my order. I went there earlier tonight and the Asian woman (very short wavy/curly hair and glasses) at the photo counter couldn't find my order. She said she even looked in the system (her scanner) but didn't see an order for me. I explained to her that it wouldn't be in their system as another employee accidentally scanned my bag but I called and was told my bag was there. She asked me who I spoke to on the phone and who scanned my bag. Seriously? Then said without that info, she couldn't help me. I told her I called around 8 pm last night. They only have like 3 people working at night. Not that hard to go look at the schedule to see who was working. I asked her how long they hold orders and she said "I don't know. A week?" She again repeated my order wasn't there. I asked her "where is my order?" She then said really loud "oh my god!!" as she was annoyed by me and helped another customer. I asked to speak with the manager and she said they're only there in the morning and she was the shift lead. Whoever gave her that job/promotion made a huge mistake! She didn't have any good customer service or managerial experience. The one helpful thing she suggested was to call customer service. I fortunately got a refund over the phone. What a nightmare the customers have to go through at this location with some horrible employees.

Employee was not helpful. Asked if she could show me where something was after I had already searched and she got an attitude saying "aisle 15! Aisle 15! 1-5!" Should learn to treat your customers with more respect. To top it off, I never found the item :/

Worst Walgreens ever, they lost my prescription. On top of that the doctor or dentist can't represcribe a pain killer. Don't ever come to this Walgreens you will be disappointed. I hope this Walgreens closes down some day, the one on Westborough is way better and doesn't lose prescriptions. Complete waste of time and waste of prescription that I needed. What a shame

They have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. You put in an order for your prescription for three days it sat there same processing do you think anyone called me to tell me that they could not fill the prescription?. I shouldn't have to do Walgreens job ended up having to call another Walgreens to see if I can get it filled. They should be doing that not the customer. I wish there was another pharmacy I could deal with that I felt comfortable with. I think Amazon could do better than Walgreens and maybe I'll take my business there.

Worse walgreens I've ever been to. Everything is old & outdated about this store. It's ALWAYS understaffed. If you have a LOT of time to spare... then please go to this walgreens. Everything is always out of stock... there's always only 2-3 workers the most. I'm actually currently writing this review waiting for them. It doesn't matter if you're "in line" they help whoever they feel like helping... no first come first serve. I didn't even want to give even one star.

Please stay away from this pharmacy especially if you need your meds the same day! I had my surgery today. My surgeon sent the prescription to this pharmacy this morning. I've been waiting 8 hrs and the lazy pharmacy staff said they are still processing the order. No emphathy. It is already late afternoon. I am in pain and I also need my antibiotics. This place needs to shut down. They hire the laziest pharmacists. If I get an infection or faint because of the pain because you didn't give me my meds in time, you will be hearing from my attorney.

This review is based on the pharmacy customer service and drive thru experience. No signs states only Covid testing for drive thru. So I'm there to pick up my prescription and the employee tells me drive thru is only for Covid testing. I stated my newborn baby in the car is positive for Covid and prefer not bringing her inside since the store is open with customers. She said they can't accommodate and to bring the child/ baby inside. So they don't mind putting any of the shoppers or employees at risk. Real smart

Over the years they have gotten rude, unprofessional and lack of service. Drive thru never works they make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Lack of empathy they don't let you speak before cutting you off. And when you call they make you wait on hold only to hang up on you! Unfortunately I had to select 1 star but in due honesty I would rate them a minus 0!!

This pharmacy use to be good, but now it's horrible. The staff is always rude, they never answer the phone, and medications are always delayed. Ex) It's a Monday at 10AM and I've been on hold for over 45 mins and the message keeps telling me there's only 1 caller ahead of me! WTF! Upper management/ ownership needs to look at what their staff is doing...

They do not answer their phones. There is no way to get in touch with the pharmacy. I have medications that I need to be delivered but they keep saying I have to pick them up. I can't pick them up. I have no vehicle. You need to mail my meds to me. This place is a f****** joke. I called five different times on five different days and they will pretend to put you on hold for an hour and then hang up on you. This is disgusting and probably illegal.

They never have any carts or baskets. The cashiers are not friendly at all. The only cashiers that are friendly are in the cosmetic department.

Customers of this pharmacy have plenty of time to write negative reviews here because we have oh so much time waiting. The cashier had my medication but told me that I needed to wait for my medication to be released before they can sell it. I was told to hang around until they call me. I came back to my car waiting for a phone call but they didn't call me so I visited the cashier multiple times just to hear it's not ready and not sure how long it takes. When he finally said yes it's ready he said someone called me over the microphone lol You have to be in this uncomfortable store for uncertain amount of time so be ready. Walgreen knows you have to come back to this crazy place without improvement because you need medication.

People come to a pharmacy because they NEED their medication. This location doesn't start processing the order until you arrive and inquire. Once you do that your are put on a list and told to wait an hour. Oh, and you also have to wait in line again! I called before I came, was placed on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up in once it was my turn. When I told the women at the register she shrugged and said they were busy. Like letting people hold forever,with the most annoying music on the planet, and hanging up once it's their turn is a perfectly acceptable practice. This place is awful!
