I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the manner in which ZEEBA VANS has handled its financial obligations, specifically the non-payment of fees owed to our company. Furthermore, the unprofessional conduct displayed by your organization in this matter has been both disappointing and alarming.According to the agreed-upon terms and conditions, we have fulfilled all of our obligations and delivered the requested services to your utmost satisfaction. However, despite the timely and satisfactory performance, we have yet to receive the payment due to us, which amounts to $121,000. After owing us this much the CEO told us "to go f***k yourself"...

Caution before buying a van from these bandits. Horrible to say the least. Not sure what is going on behind the curtain but looks,smells and they act jicky. My opinion but based on facts and experience in dealing with them. Run don't walk.

Zeeba Vans doesn’t maintain their vehicles properly. This is because they have terrible relations with auto repair shops in the area because they always have a cash flow problem. The owners frequently spend money the company does not have. They have their vans serviced at a shop many miles away because no nearby shops will deal with this company. They don’t pay their employees on time and it’s a revolving door as workers quit from being treated badly. They also have terrible customer service because they employ just anybody they can find.

Avoid at all costs!!! We booked a van through Zeeba 2 months before our event & paid the deposit to confirm the van rental. Now that we are two weeks out from our event, we just got an email that they have decided to arbitrarily cancel our reservation. What's the point of making a reservation if they can just arbitrarily cancel it whenever they feel like it?We have bookings for other activities that are dependent on renting a van and now we have no means of transportation and our entire trip is now in jeopardy. And because they cancelled our reservation so close to our event (what a courtesy of them!), there are no backup options at this point.I contacted customer service and they provided no options to address their mistake even though I was open to alternatives (arrange alternative transportation for us, secure a van from another company, etc.). Worst of all, the customer service agent decided they had enough of the conversation and just hung up on me! What an awesome customer experience (sarcasm!)!Moral of the story here, don't waste your time with Zeeba - they are just going to screw you over. Try finding somewhere else more reputable if you actually want to book a van. Hopefully there are other companies that actually honor reservations, especially when you pay a deposit.Do your research - look at other reviews for Zeeba. You'll see tons of reviews that tell the same story as mine.Crooked company, terrible customer service, should not exist as a business.

I asked why the company was called Zeeba. I was told that it is the Persian word for Beautiful. Well, I must say, the van was all that and more. Powerful, clean and easy to drive through even the most buffeting winds at speed on Interstate 5. And with all this, he price can't be beat by a country mile. The service was personal, friendly and helpful. I have rented vans before, and never got anything as good as this at ANY price. If I could I would rate Zeeba 10 Stars! I am looking forward to the need to rent a van again from Zeeba. And I will, beyond doubt, recommend Zeeba to my friends.

I looked at many companies. Zeeba had the best prices. For a whole week they charged me only 500$. No hidden charges what is so ever. I put 3000 miles and they kept their their words but not charging me a penny per mile. I definatley recomand this company and will sure use it again if i ever need a van in LA area.

I have been renting with Zeeba vans on and off for 4 years. The first two years the Zeeba team were extremely helpful and professional. I started renting again Summer 2020 and tried one more time Fall 2020. They are so unprofessional. They do not honor a booking. They take your credit card and no one shows up and there is no van available. Last night I was contacted by the manager who told me that they could no longer honor my reservation for the morning. He gave the van to someone who requested to extend, after committing to me a returning customer he had said that yes he had a van for me. They charged my card and sent a confirmation. When they made mistakes like no show managers or no vans, they promised to credit us and apply a discount. That never happened. Rent a van some place other than Zeeba Vans.

I made a reservation a week ago and today is my day to pickup to drive 10 people to TX in a couple of hours. I am now sitting in their parking lot with no one to help and their offices are closed. They are telling me there is no one that can come and help me and they're unable to reach a branch manager. To say this was the most stressful experience renting a vehicle is an understatement. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

The Zeeba crew were extremely friendly and accommodating when I needed a van in a bind. Kevin helped me figure out the most convenient place to pick up the van the same day. Everything was so easy and flexible that made this whole experience ridiculously seamless. I highly recommend them!
