I had never had such a bad experience at a 7-Eleven, but this time a cashier named RITA (Filipina) went too far. She asked me for my ID to buy beer, and when she scanned it, her machine wouldn’t read it. Then she told me it was fake and made me go back home to get my driver’s license. When I came back, there was another cashier, and she just looked at it, checked my date of birth, wrote it down, and that was it. She didn’t have to scan it or anything. So clearly, Rita just wanted to give me a hard time. I will never come back to this 7-Eleven. Terrible service.

The older lady that works there is super rude she never wants to cash scratchers! She’ll sell them to you but she always claims she’s too busy or the machine is off! I gave a nice detailed complaint to the CA lottery as this isn’t the first time this happens. I complained to the manager he smiled and said sometimes we’re too busy so we don’t cash them!

Parking was awful and there wasn't any customers in the store. I was told that the Bar Patrons take up all of there parking spots in front of the 7/11. Bad for business!

My sister use to work there her name is Ailed and also my brother Anthony I love going to this 7 eleven all staff are nice and really clean and overall it's a amazing place

I went in with a z shaped cup that is supposed to give free refills the 2 workers there at 754 today
We're very rude and had no idea about the purchase. And when I redeemed points for a free same slurpee. "We have nothing and we can't give you anything else because it's free "thats horrible customers
I was red and dehydrated panting sweating.
And they couldn't even offer me water much less good service ??

Took my international student to 7-Eleven he had a blast I mean the drinks were so big he's never seen anything nothing like in Germany holy cow that's a big drink

Okay so most of The employees are decent people but there is one lady who works in the afternoon who makes it obvious that she is miserable. It's not like it's a once in awhile thing but all the time. I just want to simply say that if you are as unhappy as you appear to the public perhaps you should move on.

Don't go into this location in the morning especially around 5-6 there is a older women that moves ridiculously slow on purpose

I was 7 months pregnant when I last came to this 7/11 around 2 in the morning with my husband due to my late night cravingsI approached the counter with a white older male with a belly he was the cashierI asked for a chicken roller which there was one left he straight up told me no there was no more. I tell him sir there's clearly 1 left right here. He replied, "Oh this guy right here (pointing at another customer) he bought the last one! " So I was ok with it, the next customer the man he pointed at was walking out with a bag of chips so I told the man, "Hey don't forget your chicken roller ?." The customer replied to me he never ordered it & walked outSo I told the cashier man may I purchase the chicken roller then since he didn't buy itRudely to my face while I was pregnant he told me no & walked out with the chicken roller to the backHe still works here. I fear for any other customer cuz this man has no heart
