I don't have an account with them but my ex boyfriend does. He took everything that belonged to him. Anyways these people keep harassing me and my kids. Today actually at exactly 8pm someone showed up and banged on my gate. Thank god it was locked. And said they were from Aaron's and needed their merchandise back. Again told them that person no longer lives here and I closed the door. Before I closed it he screamed I'm bringing the sheriffs. Last time I talked to this guy I told him and felt so harassed and uncomfortable. One my teens was home alone and bombared him. He scared him. Worst kinda people.

Unprofessional, rude, unable to perform basic tasks on their own computer system. If you call with questions about your account the uneducated minimum wage workers will just laugh. Dwayne and his staff need to step up, no need for unprofessional behavior- simply communicate, handle business, and move on. Avoid this location.

I was a customer at Aaron's for 10yrs or more I've brought items from them over the years and paid them off in full recently I had some medical issues and I have been off work but I continued to make payments from my disability I made payments for almost 2yrs and I was down to my last payment and I was 5 days late and they sent a truck out to my house to pick up merchandise or demand a payment I must say that is poor customer service and not the way to treat a loyal customer but its all good I assure you that I will never purchase anything else from Aarons so no more harassing or threatening phone calls I've read reviews and I see how you guys take stuff from people if they miss a payment and re sell it but I was 5 days late and you guys send a truck out that gets 0 stars from me I wish your company well but I assure you I will never be a customer there ever again.

The store manager Dwayne he is the best person ever! I have been doing business with Aarons for about a year and a half now and they are the best! Love this store and their employees!

I have been renting from aarons off/on for years! So what shocked and surprised me- Yesterday I called the store to ask about this livingroom set I fell in love with? I talked a Manager Friday on Campo rd, I did another application for the livingroom set - was approved for 383$. So when I called the kept saying he would call me back etc? So I called up until 6:30 pm , @6 A Driver answered again he's busy? Please ask him call me-Really,Really wanted the sets! Telling everybody Aarons the Bomb, furniture wise etc. After 6:15pm no one Answered the Phone!!!! Never received call back! This Broke my Confidence, the spell I had for this livingroom set! Today , People asking Where's that Bad set? We wanted to see it? Was going to Go there myself,? What is it to say? No , I was on fantasy Island ? Or I dreamed it up? They call you back only when you owe rentals? I'm almost done with my other merchandise- However, can't get straight answer on how much- when? So , it appears my business is not important to them so maybe my friends and I should find a place that cares! ?

Placed an order online and nothing was moved as far as status for over a week. Called the store to get information and the manager was very defensive and would not let me even ask questions without interrupting. Avoid this store if you can.

My mom has been with Aaron's for years. Ever since the Oceanside store. She's paid off everything but 1 item which she still paying.I get a call and I told Desiree that my mom has passed away and if there was a way to switch accounts.I.was hoping I could speak with Emily because my mom always dealt with her and another person but Emily was her go to. Desiree said.it.woukdmt matter cause she handles it too.Anyways I felt Desiree was very insensitive about my moms passing. She was more concerned with a payment.Thought maybe we could have worked something out since my mom has been with Aaron's for so long.

I got approved after placing an order online. They called me. I answered then hung up on me. I called the store and asked for a delivery date. I was told I was not approved. I got an email from corporate that I was. They took my deposit off my card. The person on the phone kept changing his story. I then put him on speakerphone and had people listen. He said I'm not allowed to do that. I hung up on them.
