Came in shopping for different quotes for our business needs after several days and hassles left and right from different facilities, this facility by far was my top pick. They not once pressured me into buying anything they informed me of everything that goes into storing not only with them but just in general and what to look for . They were so helpful and they genuinely cared about my needs. Huge shout out to The Manager Yarlie and her team.

I’ve been using this storage facility for years, and it’s always been an amazing experience! The manager, Yareli, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional she truly goes above and beyond for customers. The prices have stayed great over the years, and the property is always clean, safe, and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch service and peace of mind!

I was very pleased with Storewell and how they treated us over the last few years. Service was excellent and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices unlike other places and always super clean around every corner . Management team has done a super job at keeping this place up to par.

I came in looking for a unit and the front office staff was very accommodating ,professional and extremely nice! Yareli assisted me in securing my unit. She explained the process, expectations, and culture of the storage facility. She articulated every detail well. I did end up securing a unit and everything went smoothly. Marcela provided a very detailed explanation of the storage unit that we got. She was very polite and efficient, the whole process took her less than 15 min, this included her showing us a unit and explaining the rules. Great Job Marcela!!! The Office and storage units were very cleaned and well kept. Highly recommend.

Looking at storage units. Stopped by Storewell at 11852 Campo Road. Spring Valley, Ca 91978. When we first entered we were immediately greeted by Karosh and Maricela. I am a huge customer service person and the service received was 1st class service. Could not ask for better service. We were looking for a small unit and both reps offered for us to look at the units. I was very pleased with the units and immediately signed up. The 3 month promo added a more prompt decision to say YES. The quote provided by Maricela was already ready for us and the process to sign up was super easy. Definitely recommend the service/storage to any one i know that is interested in getting storage. Karosh provided and answered all my questions with no hesitation. He was knowledgeable and I appreciate the service. Thank you to Storewell for your outstanding service. You have gained a permanent customer based on you service! Way to go!!!
