Folks who work on my nails need to be able to communicate and they also need to know how to take care of natural nails. This was a disappointment for my first visit. It's a clean spa and the workers turn and burn. It's a friendly spot.

Tried Nailed it today. I am in love. My nail technician was very good. I suffer from ingrown toenails. Very light handed with excellent restlts. I will definitely be coming back.

0/10 Don’t waste your time OR money coming to this trash salon, middle finger literally chipped within hours… The ladies are rude, Don’t even greet you and are always HELLA rushed lmfao Not only that, but everytime I come, my set is a different price even though I’m getting the same thing everytime.. they’re shady And be setting random, HELLA TAXED prices soley based on how they feel toward you and/or their mood… don’t waste your money 😂💯 if you’re gonna overprice, at least give quality work …. SLOPPY. 65$ FILL for a simple yet MESSY set .. be so for real yeah nah. Unless you want your nails to be rushed, done unprofessionally, and have them chip within the first day, I wouldn’t give your business to this dump.

The very first time I came here off a referral from a friend, I had an amazing experience. I returned maybe 6 times afterwards but never got that great experience again. Always flaws with my nails or someone was a bit rude or longer than normal wait after calling ahead. For the most part, they are nice enough, offer beverages or if you ask they will bring you something. But what made me decide not to come was a very rude male tech who was being very short and nasty. Refused to even make eye contact while I spoke to him but was very snappy with me about holding my hand in an awkward position. I held it that was as best I could but I have a prior injury and kept shaking. He snapped and told me to “stop moving”. I couldn’t deal with the disrespect. I asked for another nail tech, the manager gave me someone else right away but wasn’t sympathetic to me regarding how the employee was treating me. I was NOT valued and I always tip well and I’m pleasant to everyone. I decided to not return. My service can go where it will be appreciated.

The best nail shop EVER! Everyone is nice and can do any design you ask for. They have every color you can think of. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I’ve been going here for years and they never disappoint!

Definitely would not recommend this nail salon, customer service is not great at all KRISTY is very rude, the workers don't even understand English.
The salon was dirty and poorly maintained. The tools did not appear to be properly sanitized, which made me very uncomfortable. My manicure was rushed and not done well, with uneven polish and missed spots. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

My experience was terrible not only did the nail tech give me attitude as soon as he started to work on me, but was aggressive with my hands and his movements, still charged me 70$ for a set of SHORT nails with a French tip design. The usual place I go to only charges me 40$ for something like this. The only good thing I can say was he worked fast. And I was able to leave fast. My sister also came with me and got a way more elaborate design with longer nails with a different nail tech for 65$. I’m giving this place zero stars. Because obviously plenty of people have complained for bad customer service. I should’ve read the reviews before!

I don’t even have it in me to rant rn …. but I AM 🤭 my days of going to nail it In spring valley are O V E R after 3 years of being a loyal customer not only was I OVER CHARGED by $30 twice now (paid $93 3 weeks ago) she couldn’t even give an accurate price break down … but anyways it took 2 hours for a pedicure my tech was running her mouth burnt me TWICE not paying attention and another lady sat right next to me smacking on food in my ear the ENTIRE TIME just for the outcome to look like somebody put VENEERS on my feet 🥹 was told to come back to fix for free WASTED MY GAS (30 min drive) and they had a HORRIBLE attitude like I was the slow one and tried to charge me $35 for a file & COLOR change 😅😂 made a post on facebook group and JUST SO HAPPENS that they have gotten over on SEVERAL people and have been mistreated supposedly there’s a petition to have this shop SHUT DOWN … DO NOT come here fair warning good luck 💯

As someone who is new to getting nails done this place was not it. The first time I came for nails it was good, but this week I went to get my nails done and I don't think I have ever been treated rudely over a nail design. I asked for a design similar to something on Pinterest and the nail tech just by the look did not want to do my design. I got placed with someone else and they as well did not want to do the design I was asking, but instead of telling me they could not do it they made excuses as to why I shouldn't do the design and so I tried to get something more simple but even that was not basic enough because the nail tech was pressuring me to change the design to something they wanted to do and as someone who doesn't like to get confrontational I just changed my design a third time to a french tip with a few jewels and even then the tech design had said that it was too complicated and in the end i ended up walking away with a rushed job of red almond shaped nails with plastic stickers on top that came out bubbly and too bumpy and got charged 75 compared to the first time i went where it was more complex with a bunch of jewels for only 80. As someone who never writes reviews I want to let people be aware that this type of stuff may happen to them at this nail salon as it did to me.
